I ordered pizza for delivery, it was delivered 45 minutes after the app said it would arrive. It was cold and I thought I... ordered hot pizza for Little Caesars. I called Little Caesars and told them my pizza was cold, they informed me that was on doordash not them. I beg to differ...I ordered from Little Caesars thru their app, not door dash. They charged me the delivery fee,not door dash. They are responsible for their getting to where it's going according to the time it is quoted on the app! Read more
Wow has the quality at the Durand little Caesar gone down! I ordered online for a pickup, when I arrived my food wasn't in their... pizza portal. No big deal as it was ready within a few minutes. So as soon as they put it in the back, I pulled it out the frontand was on my way. By time I got home my food was cold and look as if it sat on the counter for 10 minutes won't be wasting mymoney there again. I managed in that very store for 7 yrs and we would of never sent out food as fresh looking like what broughthome. Guess corporate store doesn't mean quality. Read more
Ordered wings and 2 pizzas at 6pm thru online app, received email ready for pick up @6:46. Missing part of order. 3 other... customers ordered while I was waiting, got their orders before me.
