This is one of the most inconsistent restaurants that I've been to lately. I do understand that a lot of businesses are... struggling to get workers, so I am giving them the benefit of the doubt for that reason. But they seem to change their storehours, whether or not the lobby will be open during "business hours" or only the drive-thru or even their prices change atrandom. Most of the employees are nice and do a good job, but you also may encounter a grouchy person once in a while too. Justreally hoping that they can get it figured out and start being more of a consistent business. Read more
I would not even give this place one star! Was horrible and skimmy, then I called to talk to the manager and she tried making up... excuses about why my tuna salad was so skimpy. Never open! And the one time it was open the staff turned me away cause I had more than one sub on my order. Get real Subway.... Either shut the doors and stop giving people false hope or staff accordingly so you can stay open. Seriously went there afterschool for my kids closed. Went there for lunch on Saturday closed. Horrible service. There was hardly any veggies on my sandwich. I got al2 six inch sandwiches on wheat and one was more like 8... inches and the other was like 4! Hardly any mayo when i asked for extra. Won?t be going there again. And there was also 3 peopleworking and yet drive thru only? When the previous manager was there she had 1 employee working with her and they had drive thruand lobby open. Read more
Lobby closed at or before 7pm. Walked to the location from hotel and lobby doors were locked and not the first time....... Laziness, Subway should do better, feel sorry for franchise owners losing money by employing bad management!! Read more
