Aggravating I placed an order at 12:17 am, both Google and the taco bell app said the durand location was open until 1 am,... placed my order get to the restaurant and it's closed. Lights off employees cars running ready to leave im not sure if it's theemployees just deciding to leave early or if the app AND Google have incorrect times either way I have to wait 3-7 buisness daysfor a refund on my card. Ordered 2 doritos tacos with just cheese (no meat no lettuce). When we received the tacos there was not even a teaspoon of... cheese on them, I asked for more cheese and the Assistant General Manager told me he would have to charge me for more cheese. Iwould mess up his inventory if he gave me more cheese without charging, Argued with me that I was out of order to want morecheese, even tho in the past there was always a fair amount of cheese. The cost and inventory were not offset by not getting nomeat or lettuce. Have never been treated so rudely. Read more
Food is always great here. But today when I went to this Taco Bell I saw a genuine act of kindness. I pulled in the parking lot... and noticed a kitten hiding under someone's car. Worried I was about to get out and try to shoo it away, but an employee cameout with a bag of food. They sat down on their knees and fed the kitten and coaxed it out from under that car. I pulled out andordered my food, and when I came back out this person was STILL patiently feeding the kitten. Not only is the food fantastic,the employees are always so sweet, and this just re-affirmed my hope in human kindness. Good job Durand Taco Bell ? Read more
I've not one time had my order correct. I don't know what their problem is but they need to do a better job instead of talking... and goofing off! When I asked for the sour cream that was left off the girl just slapped it on the counter instead of hangingit to me, we asked for 3 of our 9 tacos be without sour cream and all 9 were without. She gave us one very small container ofsour cream for 6 tacos and I asked for another and she acted annoyed that I wanted more. Read more
If you have a chance try the taco bell in Perry. This place just hasn't got with it yet. Fast but messed up order everytime and... this company charges extra for things that other taco bell franchises do not. They never have the lights on at night and aren'topen very late anyways. This is a relatively new store but I've never had a good time at a store owned by this company. (SwartzCreek is not great either) Read more
The staff is always friendly, and the food is great most of the time. All you could ask of your local Taco Bell ????
