Must be a new crew or a stoned crew?????????. Not sure which lol. They put 1/2 the bourbon toppings on my big bacon classic...... Must have realized the mistake because instead of making a new one, it was loaded up with mayo and ketchup (dripping). Todisguise the mistake maybe!!!????... My man's bourbon burger is off tasting too.???? Not sure what's up with that lol! We'lljust call it one of those nights. Of course we'll be back, even with the hilarious (weirdly good tasting mess up). Why? Well welove you Wendy's and ppl are allowed to makes mistakes. Thanks for the laugh tonight. Read more

Unfortunately this location has also been beat up with no help. It's always a longer wait then usual but on my five or six... attempts to get simple orders (#1 Dave's single with iced tea) they have not gotten it correct yet???? Have not gotten iced teayet! My last visit I ordered a small frosty and small chili and was told they don't have frosty s or chili. Congratulations!!! Read more
Very slow. Cold burger but tasted good fries were delicious. Such a disappointment for a company that's been in business for... nearly 60 years. C'mon Wendy's you can do much better. Read more
Flies. SO many flies. On the counter, in the bathroom, in the kitchen. Do not go thru the drive-thru. Go in and look at what... conditions your food is being handled! I was on a short trip with my granddaughter. She needed to use the bathroom and it wasdinner time, and the choice was Wendy's or McDonald's at this exit, so we stopped here. Big mistake! The sad thing is, if wewould have just stopped for the food at the drive-thru, we would have eaten and never known how gross the conditions were whereit was being prepared. Lesson learned. When stopping at unfamiliar restaurants, go in to order. Our visit was on Aug 23,2022. When at home, my go to is usually Wendy's. So this is not bashing Wendy's, just shedding light on this restaurant. Read more
You will wait 20+ minutes for your food. Full stop. They have zero staff and for any of us locals who go there, you appreciate... that it?s just the way it is. That said, the food is always fresh AF and they really knock it out of the park with their $5Biggie bags. Get the app and you?ll almost always get something extra for free or at least a good coupon. Make sure to checkyour order before you leave because they sometimes do make mistakes but they?re usually pretty good about that. I saw someone ina review say their food is ?soggy? and I will say that their fries tend to be more greasy than crispy but I personally preferthat so ??????????? Read more
The food was good, and the service was excellent. However, the place across the street was burning leaves, and a lot of smoke... had made it into the restaurant. Read more
