Had to wait to get order as staff were having a have a good time talking about not wanting to work. No ketchup/,mustard machines... out. Others customers waited also. We wanted to order extra chicken nuggets, but again employees were having a fun visiting withfriends. Also wanted ice cream cones, but again no one to take order. I realize we could have used the computer. But, if no onewants to work, you wonder how good or safe the food is. Have stopped at the Durand WI store was not impressed but never as badas today. Won't try it again! Need to see what's going on! Sad they knew we waiting to order. . Read more

By far the rudest staffed McDonald?s I have ever seen. The person at the drive up window just threw the bag into my car. On top... of that, the order was all messed up so I just fed the dog with the food. Unbelievable Read more
Update: went back today. There were 2 cars in front of me. Both had to hook because they forgot things and then just ignored... them. It was my turn and they opened the window, handed me my food, and closed it. Didn't even talk to me. Looked in my bag nobarbecue sauce for my nuggets. I usually don't mind here but since my son is sick my dad dropped us off mcdonalds. My mcchickenwhich said extra mayo on the special sticker had no mayo at all, almost no Lettuce AND A CHUNK OF PLASTIC IN IT. I'm glad thisone wasn't for my child. Read more
Bathrooms out of toilet paper asked for some and no one brought any... that is unacceptable. I will never go to this McDonald's... ever again. EVER Again. This wasn't the first time here bathrooms are always out of toilet paper and very dirty. I don't evenwant to give 1 star but google makes me. Read more
Worst place I have ever been to. Food is cold and gross! If I could give it a negative 10, I would. The wait wasn?t worth the... cold and messy food. Didn?t appreciate the ?kid? saying is that all after every word I said. Do better and get management.Everyone was yelling at each other and the wait time for us to get 3 drinks and a burger plus fries was 37 minutes. Inside was closed so had to use drive up. Couldn't hear from the person inside, intercom didn't work clearly, short changed on... my order, food was lukewarm and very greasy, waiting inline to get food almost 8 minutes with only 3 cars ahead, they didn'teven give any napkins in the bags...overall not good ?????????????wasn't happy at all ????????????
