Over the past couple of years not too bad service has become pretty awful. The food is really expensive for how much you get for... many items. The staff are also very much not paying attention. Many of our orders have taken a long time and also wrong. Myhusband now refuses to come here any longer. The employees all seem to hate their jobs. Read more

In general I love the food at Burger King but this place was a disaster. My fish sandwich was burnt and the fries were old and... cold. Since we had takeout we did not notice this until we were a good ways down the road. My advice is to check your foodbefore you leave the restaurant. Read more
How do they do it?! No one in the lobby. 15 minutes per car in the drivethru! They could custom make each order with 15 minutes.... You finally get your food and it's cold! It should be smokin hot! They are always short staffed. People don't want to work thereI guess? Put some robots in there like other places are doing. I read the reviews and thought?.it?s fast food, how bad can it be? I mean, expectations really weren?t that high to begin... with. It can be that bad? They got our order wrong?twice. They didn?t include a toy in one of the kids meals, completely wrongitems in kids meals, when we showed them the receipt they still couldn?t figure out how to fix it, and in the end, we ended upwith cheese on the hamburgers and just didn?t want to go back again. Hamburgers and chicken nuggets were burned almost beyondthe ability to eat them. And security was a BIG issue for me. The temperature in the play area was set to 85 degrees so someonehad propped the outside door open to let the play area cool. I do not like anyone being able to come in a side door and grab mykid, or my kid being able to wonder outside. Redeeming quality, the girl at the front counter taking our order was kind andapologetic for everything (that wasn?t her fault to begin with). Read more
Restaurant looked nice and fairly new from the outside, but not very clean on the inside. The bathroom was unfortunately not the... worst I've ever seen, but definitely needed attention. You also have to request a token from the cashier, to be able to enterthe restroom. Had to wait quite a while for anyone to even come to the counter (more than 5 minutes, and I was the only personin line). Several employees saw me waiting, made eye contact, but did not speak to me. When they did finally take my order, Ionly ordered 2 items, but both items were wrong when they came out. They did correct the issue promptly though. Read more
At what point - did you think it was ok to serve food like this? Riding the Durango Cascade Canyon Train and stopped at BK for... a quick breakfast sandwich. The line took longer than expected as the truck in front of us was a frequent customer and waschatting at the window. We were early so no big deal. To be clear - we were not expecting the best breakfast sandwich ever.Let?s be real. It?s fast food. I get that. However, it should have at LEAST been edible. There?s a lot that goes to this story but here?s my rundown. On 10/28 we went through drive through and order a veggie burger. ... Got home, it was a beef patty. My daughter is vegetarian and my son was sick. I called the local story and after going aroundwith the MOD we agreed I would be refunded if I door dashed my order. Came in next day and district manager, Thalia, didn?twant to refund me anything at first. I asked for the door dash refund and she only wanted to do just the burger. Not sure whya World wide chain can?t afford to refund me but she was totally rude and didn?t care to make sure a customer was happy. Don?tgo there. The place is nasty once you step into the parking lot. Cobwebs all over windows, old spilled drinks on the sidewalkand crusty seats. The cashier was very nice but once I mentioned a refund for the door dash manager became argumentative. Idon?t ever do this especially for a big company but her actions were unacceptable. She wouldn?t even agree to talk to the MODlater this week and wouldn?t tel me her name. Read more
