It's a one man show and the man is AMAZING! He's bartending, serving, running food AND bussing. The food was good and even with... a slightly longer wait than other places, it was understandable, given the dynamics of one person working the floor. Read more
My husband and I were visiting from Dallas and staying at the hotel. We went in and had the honor of meeting CJ. He was awesome... and ran the whole place by himself (besides the cook). On top of that, the burgers, fries and onion rings were soooo great. Ihad the blue cheese burger and my husband had the double cheeseburger. ???? Cooked to perfection. Hat's off to the chef. Shame that a place called Burger Theory can't make ANY burgers when the cook quits. Sorry to say I think someone should of been... able to step up to plate for burgers. Disappointed even though we had good wings which I had earlier cause I thought I washaving burgers. Read more
Best burger you'll ever taste. I got a bacon and sautéed mushroom single, and my boyfriend got a fried egg double. Both with... KGB sauce and fries. We also got some Buffalo wings that were delicious. AMAZING!!! Read more

I’ve eaten here several times, and the staff are always friendly and attentive. CJ and Drew have come to remember me by name... and drink (sweet tea without ice). Koric, one of the cooks, always makes the best wings, and his cheesadilla and burgers aresuperb! Read more
The food here was very good, and even though there was only one very overwhelmed server/bartender, he did a fantastic job and... had an amazing attitude! CJ was definitely the best server that we had during our weekend in Durango, and we had some prettygreat servers at some other restaurants. I would come back to this restaurant even if I wasn't staying at the hotel, mainly forthe CJ experience! Read more
