Hotel was clean. Just don?t count on the breakfast. It was empty all three mornings we were there. Even the coffee was empty. It... didn?t matter if we were there at 7am still a wasteland. My wife & I stayed here with our dog over Christmas and New Years 2021. The rooms were clean & nice. The staff went out of their... way to be accommodating. We Loved their breakfast every morning. It was easy to walk our dog & feel safe. It was the perfectbase camp. You?re close to everything; but, not on top of it. I highly recommend this property. Read more
Had a bad experience at check-in. Was late night, we had called and informed that we'd be late to check in. We arrive and the... main front doors were locked and no one was there! We waited at least 30 minutes before someone shown up from the back orsomewhere. I got as far as calling corporate office, and had thoughts of calling another hotel for the night, because I wasn'tsure if anyone was even coming to help us! I was very upset when we were finally let in and to top it off the front deskreceptionist was lying to us saying she was only "gone" for 15 minutes. She asked if I "rang" the bell or called, I was callingand ringing the door the whole 30 minute duration over two phones. Next time, we'd appreciate a note on the door or something toinform that someone would be back, or having another person cover the front desk area. (Late night check-in, after 11pm) Read more

Five Star Facility. Wide halls with quiet rooms, space and a calm atmosphere. We used the laundry, clean machines...took a dip... in the hot tub and love unwinding after a day of travel in this place. Briana at the desk was delightful. Helpful and quick toprovide direction about down town Durango. If travel pushes us in this direction...this hotel will be our landing strip. Read more
Nice hotel. Our family of four visited Durango for a few days and our room was the perfect size for our family of 4 to space... out. Beds were comfortable and room was clean. The continental breakfast is what you would expect for a hotel breakfast. Thekids enjoyed the pool but it is small and can get crowded quickly. Read more
We recently took a road trip through Utah, Colorado, and Kansas and had the opportunity to stay at several Hilton properties,... including 3 different Homewood Suites. This particular Homewood Suites was by far the best. It was extremely clean. Iwitnessed them wiping down the railings in the hallway which I think is often times overlooked. I would recommend this hotel toanyone needing good sized rooms with a good breakfast and anyone who values clean accommodations. Read more
