Great place for breakfast. Went in October, mid week, around 7:30 AM, not crowded at that time. Nice western decor, fits in... with old Durango without being tacky. Server was excellent, very friendly and prompt. Breakfast plates are large, especiallythe ?cowboy? portions. Easily split between two people if you don?t want a lot of food. We did this, ordered a skillet dish(btw all skillets are ?cowboy? size portions), and our server brought an extra plate to share. Ordered the avocado skillet,which was very tasty, and again plenty for 2. Has the ?scan and pay? receipts so can be easily taken care of at yourtable. Only complaint we would have is while the plates, dishes, coffee mugs are all big and heavy, the silverware is thecheap, very thin ?diner style? silverware. Not a biggie but noticed right away as an obvious difference from everythingelse. Would we do there again?yes! Would we recommend?yes! Read more
This is my goto restaurant for breakfast. Their food is delicious especially the bacon steak! I got the breakfast burrito this... visit, I definitely enjoyed it. The staff seemed a little busy and did not acknowledge us when we came in, first time for that.But, I definitely suggest visiting the Lone Star Cafe, great food. Read more

Big breakfast of traditional eggs and pancakes with plenty of variety. Beautiful paintings of old West and western decor. A old... time cafe feel and good prices. Our omelets were very good and almost too much to eat. Read more
My steak and fries weren't anything to write home about. Staff is nice but a little flighty. The atmosphere if fun and rustic.... If I go back I will probably order breakfast as that's what seems to be their thing. Read more

Had a 40 minute wait, but it also was Sunday morning, on Labor Day weekend, with a bike rally in town. I didn't mind, because I... got to pop into other shops next door to it. Great atmosphere and music. Breakfast was a good size portion and the coffee wasfresh! Considering how busy they were, the food still came out fast.
