Service was wonderful, I love it when the server actually takes your order instead of standing at a desk to place the order.... They are polite and professional. Delicious food with a low-key atmosphere. Staff were all friendly. The Spaghetti Carbonara was creamy and served with Spaghettis... more fun relative: Bucatini. First time experience here and I couldn't think of a single reason to not give them 5 stars! The service was warm and welcoming!... Every need was taken care of! The food was DELICIOUS! I ordered angel hair pasta with shrimp and it was so good, not too muchsauce, not too little and if thats not enough to get you to visit, check out the tiramisu below! ?? Read more
This restaurant was amazing! The food, service and atmosphere where all outstanding. All of our waitress Bailey's suggestions... were delicious, the best food we have eaten in town. When we come back to Durango we will be returning to Mamma Silvia's. Read more

Absolutely great evening! The service was prompt and energetic, the Owner/Chef came over to meet us and personally prepared our... meal. His son was our waiter and was right there whenever we needed anything. Little things like water being filled when glassgot to half empty, bread, oil and parmesan tableside and the food was 5-Star. We ordered the Chicken Marsala and ChickenSaltimbocca and split between each other. The Marsala was cooked perfectly, chicken was tender and moist and the mushroom saucewas very very good. The chicken in the Saltimbocca was wrapped in prosciutto that crisped up perfectly, the sauce was likenothing I've ever had and it was delicious - ASK FOR EXTRA cause it's that good. We also ordered angel hair pasta to go withboth dishes as they came with fresh veggies and b-potatoes - also delicious. Very nice wine selection too. We left very full andenjoyed our time there. Ate dinner with my 2 teens. The food was mediocre. The bread they brought to the table was dry and tasted as though it hadn’t... been cooked. This was the same for 2 baskets. My daughter had a lobster pasta dish that had 1/2 a lobster tail that was so overcooked we couldn’t get the meat out and the clams were stale- they had a strong fishy smell- we didn’t eat them at all. The“homemade”lasagna was basically a hunk of ricotta cheese with over cooked noodles and a thin slice of meat. I would notrecommend this restaurant Read more
