The food was good. Location has several construction design flaws. A Location the exists purely to support tourists does not... cater to travelers whatsoever. No outlets for phone charging. They've plated over all of them except for the ones on theceiling. Order kiosk doesn't work properly. Stood around forever trying to find someone to take my order. Womens bathroom wasdirty. The sink badly leaks at the faucet with water running everywhere. No paper towels and the hand dryer doesn't work. Read more
We?re not from here and we parked at this McDonalds so we could go and find better food after camping. It was not very busy, and... there weren?t any signs posted and the manager or male worker with long greasy hair, and glasses said very aggressively ?so youguys are just going to park here and leave? then proceeded to point at our vehicles as if he was going to write our licenseplates down to get us towed, not even giving us a chance to defend ourselves. While we all understand where he was coming from,he could?ve been MUCH friendlier about it. So I hope he sees this and thinks about his actions and gets some empathy for people. Read more
Loved my experience at this Mcdonald?s. The establishment was extremely clean and the staff were incredibly kind. We ordered our... meals from the kiosks. The staff delivered the meals to our table with our beverages. They checked our table a few times to makesure that we had sauces and the orders were correct. Great experience. Read more
Check your order before leaving - they forget things. They forgot one item from my order, and I only ordered 2 things. In the... time I was waiting for my order and eating, 4 other people said they were missing something from their order. They triedcharging 16¢ for a cup of water. They hide the drink machine so you can't get refills. One of the sinks in the restroom didn'twork, and the other sprayed water everywhere. On the plus side, they have a mini bouldering wall for kids, and once I got thefood I ordered, it was good. Read more
I know it's not gourmet food but the girl in the pink Calvin Klein sweater definitely got some type of attitude going on. I... asked for a water cup and she was like "just a cup?" No... not just a cup?... a water cup... with water... and then I repeatedmy order and she got it wrong putting down a sausage McMuffin instead of a sausage egg McMuffin.. and before I could repeat myorder she cut me off and said "Oh I got that already"... rude much? Then I asked her if I could get my sandwich remade cuz thebun was burnt and she was like "oh that's how they come. They go thru the machine"... I know for a fact that they do not burnlike that every single time you run it thru the machine... unless the setting is high... after they remade my sandwich they putin a square egg instead of a round egg -_-... what is going on... I just left... honestly... by far the worse experience I'vehad at a McDonald's. I used to work at a McDonald's for 3 yrs.. and my managers would get food back and will always remind us"would u eat that? Think about it. Getting food that isn't made properly. Put urself in the customer's shoes" but its McDonald'sso.. whatever... staff needs training on customer service skills :) instead of challenging customers. you'd expect qualitycustomer service if the employees are getting paid like what $15/hr? Bro this McDonald's thinks they're so slick. I ask for my hot and spicy well done because it's an entire extra minute of cooking... and it's crispier. They make it fresh and don't cook it longer and I can tell because my spicy doesn't have WELL DONE written onthe ticket. Can y'all fr please just cook it longer when I ask?
