Exactly what we were looking for. Amazing flavor, made with care and love, locally sourced, unique, and a wonderful experience... in every way. These folks are passionate about what they do and it really comes through in quality of the product. The burntends are unreal, the pulled pork is absolutely perfect, and the brisket melts in your mouth the way it should but frequentlydoes not. I would be I. Trouble if this establishment was in my local area. The chimichurri and mustard sauces are so wellbalanced and the perfect compliment to the meats which are cooked to perfection.\nThe purple slaw reminded me of my recipe andthe mac and cheese was excellent. All of this in a wonderful dog friendly outdoor dining experience with an excellent bar onsite for drinks. The elderflower cider is incredible.\nThanks Rang Tang, highly recommended and greatly appreciated. Read more

Edit- the company is refunding the burnt ends, which is a great customer service move. With how good the brisket sandwich was,... and customer service I would be happy to try them again and am raising my review to 4/5.\n\nBurnt ends were 1/5. Dry andsandpaper esque. Not the melt in your mouth you expect. The brisket sandwich was really good and unique but at 33 bucks for thewhole order and half being inedible- I’ll give them a 3/5. Read more

I ordered the \"sampler plate.\" Naturally, you\'d think a sampler would have multiple types of meat to sample. I picked the... barbecue truck thinking it would give me the biggest meal option of all the food trucks and would hopefully fill me up. Boy wasI wrong! When my plate was delivered, it consisted of two very tiny pieces of brisket and a small cup of nasty cucumber salad. My $16 meal would have barely been enough food to feed a 5 year old, so I left there needing to go buy a real dinner somewhereelse. The meat tasted fine, but the portion was absurd!...especially considering that the only side dish was tiny and nasty. Worst food truck I\'ve ever been to hands down.\n\nUpdate: The owner replied saying they don\'t have a \"sampler plate.\" Thisis a lie, Maybe they have updated their menu since my review, but the sign out front clearly said \"sampler plate.\" I\'m gladthey cleared up the language, although they should own their mistake...but either way, the portions were so ridiculous that itwould barely qualify as an appetizer rather than a meal. I literally left this food truck and went straight to anotherrestaurant down the road and ordered another complete burger meal that I had no problem finishing. Never in my life have I hadto order 2 dinners to fill up and been able to easily eat them both. Read more

Above and beyond!!!! The quality???? The consciousness of where the meat comes from, and the love L.R puts in it when he makes... each plate. I had the brisket, Carolina pork and the burnt with the cucumber mint. The flavors blew my mind. He did a betterjob then the other 100 bbq places I have been too. My family is from NC; I grew up with what I thought was the best in thecountry: until now. A must try if you\'re a bbq fan like me and are looking for the highest quality and flavor. Thank you L.Rfor what you do. Blessings brother???? Read more

I had the pleasure of attending a wedding where LR and Rang Tang served both the rehearsal and ceremony dinners and my lord, it... was the best service and bbq I have ever had. The smoked meats were on another level. Words cannot describe the flavors thatwere embodied in these meats. I can say that I can now die and go to heaven after eating Rang Tang Craft Barbecue.
