I mean, it's a Taco Bell. Food is decent, not too sloppily prepared. But if you go late in the evening everyone seems to be high... Worst Taco Bell Ever!!!! My order was wrong, the restaurant was filthy dirty, flies everywhere, I almost slipped on urine in the... bathroom, 10 mins after leaving I vomited! Called the restaurant, asked to speak with a member of management, he proceeded totell me about improper beef handling that he witnessed himself! He said that another member of management would be the one toissue me a refund, for the food making me sick and the poor experience. The young lady he past me off to could not of beenruder, more unprofessional, unconcerned and very combative! Completely shocking, this place needs to be shut down ???????? Probably one of the best service Taco Bell?s I?ve been to in years these guys nailed it the food was delicious
We ordered online for counter pickup. When arriving, the lobby doors were locked and the line of cars in drive through was out... into the road. I called and they said they would bring the order right out. 20 minutes later, we were still waiting. Approximately 40 minutes after placing my order, 35 waiting in drive thru or the parking lot we got our food. If your lobby isclosed, don?t take online orders for counter pickup. Totally regret ordering online, as we would have found a different optionwhen we saw the drive thru line. Read more
Website says open until 11pm. Sign outside the Taco Bell said Drive Thru Open in bright neon lights. Got to the drive thru at... 9:28 and the employee literally put up cones in front of our car. Surely she wasn?t going to cut it off right in front of us-kinda confusing. We had to ask if it was closed and she very rudely replied it is. I told her the sign still said it was openand she just said ?sorry?. Do not waste your time with this one. Read more
Sadly got home and our soft tacos were wet and soggy and the hard tacos were also soggy to the point where they fell apart... before you could eat them. Very unappetizing! :( Read more
