One staff member taking orders, waiting and bussing tables. He did a great job and I get that no one wants to work, but they... need another person. Chicken was smoky but not tender. Ribs were tender but a little dry and lack definitive flavor. Red beansand rice were kidney beans with a little cumin on them, not red beans and rice. Cornbread was decent and the fries were the bestthing I had. This might be good bbq for Colorado, but pales in comparison to anything in the South. Read more

Originating from the KC area, we're a little bit spoiled when it comes to BBQ. It was good, but we regularly have better. We... ordered the Sampler Platter and added an order of fries, baked beans, and red beans w/rice. This was more than enough to feed us(2 adults and 1 child). Others in our party ordered cheese burgers. They are cooked to order and well portioned. No one lefthungry. The service was just ok. She got the job done, but not very hospitable.
