Rotten lettuce and cold fries. Fries were ice cold the moment I ate one shortly after leaving the drive through.
Note: went to Wendy's again about a week later about 4 pm and the dining room was CLOSED, doors locked. So disappointed that... this place is unreliable in it's dining room availability. I'm not sitting in a long line for the drive-through window. GuessI have to write off Wendy's. Previous visit: Staff was very friendly. Food was cooked to order so it was very fresh. Read more
The large guy that was working at drive through today 10/2/22 with an afternoon shift. Horrible. Extremely rude and bad... attitude. He over filled the drinks. So when he quickly handed over the drinks they had spilt all over my front seat. Read more
Impressively bad experience. Wendy's was out of lettuce, tomato, frosties and wait for it . . . french fries. The hamburger... buns were stale and the chili was burnt. I like Wendy's in general and have every intention of remaining a customer, just not inthis town. Read more
Very much just an ordinary Wendy's. 4 for$4 is a good deal, but a bone bit in my nuggets didn't appeal to me. Same problem with... our Single burger. Not sure if Wendy's is adopting the Bone-in style of food prep? Read more
Worst food experience I?ve ever had. Drive thru took 50 minutes. They forgot the nuggets in the biggie bag and the large fry. On... top of that, the cheese on the baconator fries was still shredded and nowhere near melted. Read more
I came to the drive thru to order for my family of 6 people at approximately 6PM sat. NOV. 12th 2022. Whoever was taking my... order does not need to be working any job relating to customer service. I wasn't even done ordering with the first meal when shestarted becoming extremely rude and unprofessional. Yeah teenagers are picky if you can't take an order and mark without ketchupor without onions without mocking, being rude and making loud sighs as a customer is trying to place an order than you do notbelong in fast food. I asked for a manager to complete the order and the same chick after keeping me waiting came back on whenI asked why she sounded the same she began to giggle and gaslight me. I had been recording at that point on my camera and caughtthe behavior on film. I'll give Wendy's a chance to make it right b4 I post it and make her viral for all the wrong reasons. Notokay.
