Like I said before I wish google review would have a half a star option because, every time we go here which is like once in a... blue moon, the service is always bad we waited like ten mins to be seated when there was like four people in the dining area andafter seated, we order and appetizers sampler plate then later ordered our food keep in mind we hadn?t got our appetizers yetthen we got our appetizers and then 15 seconds got our actual food we ordered then had to ask for silverware and had to go getour own napkins. Wait time was based on the kitchen's ability to handle a table of twelve (12). I arrived with a colleague, party of two (2); was... given a presumptive ten (10) minute wait. As the entry began to crowd, we are past the first mark, and verbally given the reasonfor lack of consumer respect; placing blame on kitchen staff. Management should take a look at problem solving to avoid futuresituations. The couple before us just left. They were waiting when I arrived, 38 minutes ago. The only reason I?m not giving one star is because of our server, Lydia. The cook sent out raw chicken and I ate one. The... manager acted very nonchalant about the dangers of consuming raw chicken. Food was good but the current waitress was a some what bad waitress she just seemed to do the bare minimal for our table and we... were celebrating our 20th anniversary. So the whole experience from start to finish was just a complete bummer. I understandthey might be busy but she seemed to think she was doing an excellent job!! NOT!!
