I have stopped by this location to get the 2 for 7$ chicken nuggets and roast beef and cheddar for a while now. They ALWAYS seem... to be out of something or switching their menu item prices. Now the 2 for 7$ has all new disgusting items on it and when I askedto ring me up for the roast beef and cheddar and 9 of nuggets they don?t even have a 9 pic anymore and the total for the 6 pcand sandwich alone is over 12$!!!! Left 5 stars, however I'm extremely frustrated at this time and hope this reaches the right person. I visit this location once... a week, usually on my way to work so inside dining is a must. 3 times of the last 4 have had the dining room closed due tounder staffing. Sounds like you guys need to pay your workers a living wage in efforts to retain a crew... just advice from a30 year veteran of food and beverage service. You will never be understaffed if you pay workers a wage worth working for. Read more
Sad sad to ask if they have au jus and they say yes (because most of the time they don?t) only to be served brown gravy! Brown... gravy is not au jus and if your employees don?t know the difference of what to buy at Walmart when you run out, maybe youshouldn?t run out! In town for a VFW convention, and went to town. Two girls working there argued about who had to help us. My husband said... something about their unprofessional attitudes and the manager, standing right there, stepped in and said he would do it, andthen one girl told my husband she didn't want to wait on us anyway. I LOVE Beef and Cheddar, so I was very disappointed whenwe decided to leave, and eat somewhere else. AWFUL experience! Read more
Food was not what we thought we ordered. They offered money back but I opted to just have the food remade. After that the food... was still nothing like the pictures show and tasted bland. Watched workers eat food and not wash hands then handle customerorders. ???? saw one worker stick his fingers in his mouth then go start making a customer order ????.
