The guy working the front counter was very friendly and helpful, however the woman in there was extremely rude...I called the... other day also to place an order and a guy that doesn't speak English answered the phone and I was asking him how mucheverything was and he eventually handed the phone off to someone else without warning which was really rude to me and then theguy that answered repeated my order and acted like he was going to hang up like he wouldn't even let me finish ordering, and Ihad to tell him to hold on I wasn't done ordering and he just kept trying to rush me off the phone. I have only been here twicebut both times encounter someone with bad customer service. Also I think their food is WAY over priced. I will admit it is GOOD,but for a plate of food and crab Rangoons for $27 that is OUTRAGEOUS to me. Also when I dined In it was SO hot in their. My son and I stopped here on a road trip. The food and service were both excellent, portions were large, price was reasonable,... and everything was very quick. They have a huge selection and really great lunch specials Monday through Friday through 3pm. (We were there on a Sunday, and after 3pm, so we paid full price, but it was still reasonable.) The server (owner?) came overto check on us and offer us refills on our waters. My son has requested that we stop there again next time we're going throughDurant. Read more
Although I'm not as big a fan of Chinese as I am Thai, this is certainly one of the better Chinese places I have experienced.... Hot and spicy pork was fantastic, and the orange chicken was quite nice as well. Our waiter and the cook were also well equippedwith excellent customer service and people skills. The Food was good.....Quantity was worth the money paid...Value for money...Ordered chkn fried rice...good taste..good... quantity...4 spring rolls....Good taste and good quantity.....chkn lo me...good taste and good quantity...but really big noodlesthe oversized one's not the regular hakka noodles.....Best of all was the Chikn hot n sour soup...Highlyrecommended...delicious...nice quantity of ordered large...Very good....recommended..Also to add up the restaurant has good setup taking 100% precaution to keep it clean and hygienic.
