Sadly this was the worst visit ever everything tasted old and the chicken was all falling apart almost wet ???? and to spend $75... and only get 2 small cups of gravy and it just wasn't worth it! I am a pretty loyal customer. I'm there about every other day. Tonight my brand new yukon broke down in line. (Where it broke... down was actually closed before I got there) I was trying to get to the window from the outside lane. So keep in mind, I'm notblocking the lane they had open, only the one THEY had closed before I arrived. When I went to the door I was greeted with alook of disgust, as I explained my vehicle was not drivable, but I was contacting my husband so he could call a tow truck, I wasmet with the response, well if you don't tow it, I will! I thought what a delightful employee. ???? anyway a couple of peoplestopped to help, but while they were trying to figure out what was going on, said, are yall going to get this moved or what?Yeah Karen...we're trying. Luckily we got it figured out and there were a couple of employees who helped push it to a parkingspot until we were able to get it started, so thank you to them. Not you Karen. Hadn’t been in a while. As usual, food was good. I know the price of food is hurting many, but I was surprised that they now... charge for your 1st sauce now (BBQ, Honey Mustard, etc. Isn’t much; $.27 after tax. However, my recommendation would be raisethe cost of the meal as needed and at least include one sauce per meal. Completely understand charging for “extra”, but thisnew business practice will end up taking a lot of criticism.) Read more
This place is constantly messing my order up. The food itself is great, I love their spicy tenders, and I ask for spicy, it... reflects on my receipt but they give me the normal unseasoned tenders instead. This happens almost every time to the point whereI’ve made it a habit to THOROUGHLY check it because the people at the drive thru are so notorious for messing up the order. Read more
I love getting the 1/2 and 1/2 chicken (regular and spicy). And you have to get the sweet tea ????....it's always so delicious... and refreshing! ???? Don't forget the roll either, they are very fluffy and buttery. ???? Read more
Very crispy chicken. We love that we can choose between a roll or a biscuit (as in Southern bread, not a European cookie).... Beware that you will get the whole corn if you order corn on the cob. It's hugh enough to be a meal by itself for a smallperson. Read more
