As anyone who follows my reviews can guess, I am a pizza fanatic. Today, While in Durant, OK we decided to try Craft Pies Pizza... Company. It's a counter service restaurant, with an extremely limited menu and a terrible ordering process. They offer a minisize and a larger size which is still smaller than any traditional medium sized pizza. The first girl assisting us had a hatthat said "Cum" across the hat face which I was glad my kids didn't notice. Our pizza was made wrong and the toppings were veryskimpy and unevenly distributed. The kids' cheese pizza was made correctly but it is fairly hard to mess up a cheese pizza. Thegirl checking us out asked about drinks, I ordered two adults and two children's drinks. I was given two paper cups and told mytotal. I asked about the kids cups I ordered and she stated "we don't sell kids cups." I informed her I'm wasnt going to make mykids not have a beverage to drink with their pizza and I ordered two additional cups. I then had to ask them to refill the icein in the soda dispenser so I could have ice in our four drinks which we paid $10.00 for. I looked up the restaurants websiteand was surprised it's company with 5 stores. The website seemed more interested in communicating that they had vegan and glutenfree options than anything else. In their FAQ section the first one was a question to that effect. A more appropriate questionshould be "is your restaurant child friendly?" I shouldn't have to hope my children don't see an inappropriate hat some teenagegirl is wearing and Kids cups should be offered at a pizza place. I do not recommend this place and I personally have zero plansto return. Poorly made pies, by unprofessional staff, in a lackluster setting. No thank you. Read more
I use to work here and I was constantly forced to run the entire store, even when I was a rookie. I was having to always cover... people so they could always leave early.When I refused to cover them they gave me no choice and took advantage of my kindness.Staff is beyond lazy and rude. They have taken advantage of the entire work place enabling them to do whatever they please. Suchas stealing tips from other employees, we don't get paid a flat rate. It's minimum wage plus half the tips we never even see.Having vulgar and adult conversations around children. Lying to all the hardworking employees about giving a raise, but turningaround and giving raise to those they favorite. Taking advantage of the pay system and never clocking out to take money. Irecently got into car accident and was unable to come in some days because of it and after putting in a month notice I was letgo without being told. Was completely removed from work app, unable to ask any further questions. If you ever decide to workhere, just don't. They talk horribly on everyone here behind their backs and will about you too with no hesitation. Read more
