The lady in drive was so sweet. We always have a great experience when eating there. My boyfriend is a bit picky and they have... never gotten his orders wrong. Read more

UPDATED REVIEW: After having a bad first experience, the regional manager reached out and asked us to give them another chance.... We happened to make an unexpected trip through the area, so this time the whole family got to eat there. Not only did we nothave any problems, but the employees, atmosphere, and food were all outstanding. I've updated my rating from 1-star to4-star. The menu pricing problems had been resolved. The employees were very friendly and helpful. At the front counter was aseasoned employee and two trainees, and all three were great. We got our food quickly and it was excellent. A bit pricey, butsometimes you don't mind paying a little more for really good quality. The burger patties are very thin, like smash burgers, which gives some great flavor. I'm not sure if they have any single burgers, but you definitely want a double. We also gotcustards, and those were tasty. I won't hesitate to eat here again. ORIGINAL REVIEW: My son and I stopped for Freddy's aftera long drive through southern Oklahoma looking for somewhere along our route with good food. We don't have a Freddy's near us,so it seemed like a good treat. The prices have gone up quite a bit since the last time I was at a Freddy's (but what hasn't?). Over $10 each for the combos we wanted and an extra $4.29 to add a mini custard creation, which we both did. Instead, the minicustard creations rang up at $5.19 each. I pointed out the discrepancy and another employee was called over to the counter. Herang it up on another register with the same result. I asked if there was a manager who could correct the price. He said he wasthe manager and there was nothing he could do. There might not have been anything he could do, but there was something WE coulddo. We left and ate elsewhere (Asian Gourmet, which was great). If we ever stop in Durant to eat again, it will be at AsianGourmet, NOT Freddy's. Read more

Terrible customer service, we won't be back! We had been traveling and wanted to treat the kids to some ice cream. We're... pulling a 48' camper, and when we arrived the doors were locked with a sign that said lobby closed at 5pm (it was about 5:30pm). So my wife and I stood in the drive through line to place an order at the window since we clearly couldn't fit in the drivethrough. We waited in line for about 10 min in direct sunlight in 100 degree weather, so at this point we were extremelyhot. Once arriving at the window we started to place our order when Cody, the manager on duty, rudely stopped us and refused totake our order. He stated orders needed to be placed at the drive through box and he wouldn't take our order at the window. Iexplained that we were driving a truck pulling a 48' trailer and pointed to it as it was parked on the street right in front ofhim and that it was not possible for us to fit in the drive through. I also explained we had tried to enter the restaurant butthey made the decision to close the lobby several hours early. He explained the lobby was closed due to a lack of staff andthere was nothing he could do. I can understand closing the lobby but refusing to serve us because of your inability to remainstaffed was despicable! I can't imagine turning business away and treating customers this way! Don't waste your time, drive afew more miles into Texas and go to Cold Stone, the service was great! Read more

Great food but unfortunately the place was not kept up due to lack of staff. They just have a problem with finding employees as... I think everybody does now. But the food was great and they were very apologetic and even came out to clean up tables so that wecould sit I'd give it five stars if it is not been for not being very tidy Read more

This USE to be my favorite place to stop at on my trip back home but NO MORE. A couple of months ago was totally got skipped on... my order. After watching several customers order, receive and have time to eat thier food I asked about my order and neverreceived a reason for this. This time our food was prepared in a timely manner then just placed on the counter. Our number wasnever called and finally the manager asked "who's food is this? and the young man couldn't give him an answer. They figured outit was mine and when I asked why we were never called, why my food had sat there for almost 15 minutes all the young man couldanswer with was "do you want some sauce?" Then he finally gave me the answer " we're busy". The manager came to the counter andoffered no more useful input than his inept worker. I'm done. Braums is right around the corner. My money goes there from nowon. Read more

Ordered a burger California style with onion rings and a DP through the drive thru. They were out of DP and onion rings. No... problem, I ordered cheese curds and pink lemonade instead. Get to the window and they were out of pink lemonade. No problemasked for fruit punch instead. Burger was cold, cheese curds were cold and my wife's french fries and burger were cold. The bestthing we got was the fruit punch. Worst Freddy's experience ever. Read more
