Honestly I wouldn't rate it but all I can say is that I went there around 11:30 at night store was closed but drive thru was... open so we ordered our food but we ordered breakfast with our food. So after paying they asked me to pulled up and wait. So Idid I waited over 30 mins for my food. They never attempted to walk up to the front to give us our food. So by now my food iscold. Try to go back to drive thru it was packed by this time. Had to knock on window to get our food. Finally get home to eatand find a hair in my food. I brought a group of kids from a school here to eat during an activity at the college. I think it may have been the manager... waiting on us, but whoever it was, she was amazing! It's normal for most fast food places to mess up our orders pretty muchevery time, but this place actually got it right! She was organized, quick and accurate. I travel for a living so I have to eat a lot of fast food and even gas station food. I?m not picky but this is the WORST FOOD... I?VE EVER HAD! Hands down, $18 for burgers that were all bread and ketchup, couldn?t taste any meat or cheese. Very confusingbecause the last Jack in the Box I had was truly delicious. I can never eat here again. Tacos weren?t crispy and had a bitterafter taste likely because the oil needed to be changed. I?ve never been so sad over food. I was so hungry and this was a wasteof time and money. Read more
The food was fine except the French fries they use here are not right. They are thin like competitors and JIB fries are supposed... to be a little thicker and a little crisper. Short on employees, took 8min to take our order and 21min to get the food. Wasskipped by two other orders behind us. The order was a simple #5 & #10 meal. This was a second choice to eat because Dairy Queen was closed. But it was not a let down. The food was fresh and delicious. The... staff was friendly and very helpful. Seems like somehow every time I go here to eat or have their food delivered to me, the one item that made me decide to order... from there is missing from my order. Like this morning for instance, the only reason I ordered was for a vanilla iced coffee.It?s icy so I used door dash, the nicest dasher came and handed me my order and instead of my coffee, which is the only reason Iplaced an order with jack in the box, I have the largest unsweetened tea! DoorDash has refunded me my coffee, but alas I stillhave no coffee and a bunch of tea that I get to pour down the drain. I?ve boycotted this place for two years in the past andfinally last year started going back, have ordered from there 5 times in the past year and have had every order made wrong. The woman at the drive thru speaker was rushing us, despite us being the only car in the entire line. She kept talking over us... and so she put the order in wrong. There was another woman at the window and she completely ignored us when we asked for areceipt. She just handed the bag and said "here you go" and closed the window. Both orders we incorrect but one of them was ableto be saved by taking things off. Read more
