I have come to this location a few times in the past and every single time they do not have hot and ready pizzas. They are never... hot nor ready. I walked in tonight with my phone ringing and heard their phone ringing with an employee at the front doingnothing. When I asked why nobody picked up the phone after it rang for 15 minutes straight with no answer I was given the ?myboss is terrible at his job? speech. It doesn?t take but 30 seconds to pick up the phone and say hey we?re too busy right now.Worst establishment I?ve ever spent my money at and would never recommend coming within 100 yards of this place. I have yet to personally receive bad bad service but the past 3 times I have been in here I have witnessed other people... receiving bad service. The manager, lady with the red hair?, has the rudest attitude not only with the other employees but alsowith customers. She's even slower at getting her job done. The guy with the ponytail working the front always acts like he hasno clue what's going on but is constantly on his phone. He got multiple orders wrong and then him and the lady with the red bothlied to the girls who ordered in front of me because they did not want to give them a refund after he rung up their order wrong.They only partially refunded their order and when they came back in the lady with red hair just kept asking why they wanted arefund after they sat there and explained to them multiple times that their order was wrong and it wasn't what they had askedfor. Didnt listen to my order. so instead of 2 pizzas they put 1 in so i waited 15 min plus for 1 pizza and bread sticks and i asked... for dips they put crazy sauce instead so i was gonna get charged more if i didnt say anything. Zero stars. They don't even deserve the one star it forced me to give them to be able to post. This establishment is absolute... trash now. Friday night 9/02/22 an employee was extremely rude and disrespectful to me, I asked for the corporate number and sherefused to give it to me, making derogatory remarks in the process. I asked to speak to a manager, to which she replied in avery spiteful tone that she was the manager. When I asked for her name, so I could report her to corporate because she isobviously in the wrong industry since she wants to treat customers in such a manner, she refused to give it to me saying Ineeded to, "figure it out." I will never revisit this establishment, and I will absolutely be contacting corporate on Monday.And yes, Theresa, I indeed figured out your name. You are the most disrespectful and ugly-mannered individual I've ever had thedispleasure of interacting with, and you have no business at all holding a customer service position. Call 4 times and now answer, so I see pizzas hot and ready 4-8pm; I arrive and I?m informed that no pizzas are ready and they... simply DO NOT ANSWER the phone- so I have to wait for the pizza to cook and I get home only to find my pizza is barely cookedand barely cut so when you try to take it apart it turns into a hot greasy torn apart mess. My pizza is missing a whole slice of topping and sauce. Come on man you really couldnt move your arm a whole foot to complete a... pizza? This is extra most bestest as well......i will continue to buy because inflation is killing me but this is justdisrespectful. Read more
The rude woman cutting the pizza was looking everywhere BUT the pizza. Not a huge deal but come on. Then they had no sauce for... the bread sticks. They should have told me that because then I would not have even ordered them. They taste pretty grosswithout the sauce. Read more
