The only reason they are getting 2 stars is because they got my order correct, I really like Taco Casa?s food and love their... sweet tea.The one thing I cannot stand is being lied to. This evening I tried to order a gallon of sweet tea with my order andthe lady at the drive thru said they were out of the bags to make gallon teas. Normally I would just say ok and cut my losses,but a couple of months ago this happened and my husband called up to the store to see if they had gallon sweet teas after I gothome and they said ?yes, of course.? So today I had a passenger with me when I went through the drive thru and was told theywere out of the bags to make gallons. While I was waiting for my food, I sent my passenger inside the store to try to order agallon of sweet tea. She came back out to my car before my food order was ready with a gallon of Taco Casa sweet tea in hand.Taco Casa don?t lie to your customers!!! How can you expect people to want to come back to your place of business if they knowthey will be lied to? Read more
The food is always great and the service used to be. We took our 3 grandsons there today around 1:30 to 2:00. There were about 8... employees. 1 working the drive thru, 1 running the front register, 1 or 2 preparing food and cleaning trays.The others weretalking, sitting, on break possibly. All the tables were dirty, there were 3 employees talking in a booth on the north wall, agirl was vaping in there, Marco's pizza delivered food to them, they were using foul language and weren't very quiet about it.There was a customer that walked in and got his to go and an older couple and then us 5. The older couple and us discussed theconditions of the restaurant. I hope this post finds the owner and things change for the better. Food was good but I pulled to the 2nd lane and lady came on and said this land is closed. I said there is nothing up saying... that. Could be better customer service. For example I am sorry let me get your order and we will have someone check that out. Read more
Something is made wrong or forgotten everytime I come here. I shouldn't have to drive back because my order was given to me... wrong nor should I have to eat soggy food because someone failed to do thier job and I had to drive back to feed my family. Thisis getting out of hand. Quality control is needed badly. Kids run the place no apology or anything for messing up my.order. andthe tea was hot. Why would I want a gal of hot tea with my family dinner?????? saddd! I do not get paid to check my food beforeleaving the drive thru I paid for my food to be correct when handed to me. Read more
Ordered combo burrito no sauce and girl gave me total for chili burrito. I politely corrected her and then she asked if I wanted... a taco burger and I corrected her again. I'm polite if someone is going to be making my food. For some reason they jacked withmy food anyways. It was all greasy meat cheese and lots of sauce. I was nice and calm. Why be so hateful? We make taco casa atleast once a month , the place is clean and staff iss friendly, it is a old building. But it is still good
