The only reason I even keep going to this establishment is for the frappes. Almost every time I try to go through for a frappe... they say the machine is down. Today I was told the machine was down while there were already made frappes sitting on thecounter. I love the frappes but I definitely won?t be going back. Read more
It seemed like everyone was confused in there. Took 30 minutes to get our order and then we didn't get any of the drinks.... Everyone was very nice, but apparently completely overwhelmed with the amount of people waiting. Read more

The food was good as far as Macdonalds go, but the men's restroom was absolutely disgusting, and I understand thatvthings... breakdown, but one of two urinals was in-opperable. The smell in the restroom was the 2nd worst I have ever smelled. Read more
Only eat here about 1 time a month. Have gotten my order wrong twice over the years, had too wait on the side for more than 15... min. Made me late for work twice in the morning, got written up cause they messed up my orders. Just go for the mocha coffeethat's it now. Love the coffee but other than that not that great. Read more
Nighttime Drive Thru order taker was so rude and kept cutting me off in the middle of me placing my order and then just turned... the mic off completely so I never finished my order until I was at the pay window. I reported the cashier's rude behavior tothe manager who told me the cashier was going through a hard time at home with her parents. I then proceeded to wait 18min for aburger and fries that I had to go inside to retrieve, my order was just sitting in the bin and when I asked for it the staff wasvery nonchalant about how long it sat there. I also added bacon to my burger, paid for it, but it wasn't added, fries were cold.This was the worst experience and no one seemed to care. The customer service at this establishment is non existent. I wish Icould give ZERO stars. I will be calling corporate. Read more
They weren't really busy but man my burger was burnt and smooshed like the size of a 10:1 patty instead of the quarter pounder... patty they didn't even fill the fries ordered a large but gave ne the amount of a medium? They wouldn't allow me to order at the counter and the employee started hitting buttons and got our order completely wrong. We... got what we paid for, just not what we ordered! You cannot eat in peace with all of the bells and alarms going off in thisrestaurant. Read more
