Ordered 2 pizza's and bread sticks, went to pick up, had to wait 30 minutes after my pickup time. The pizza's were awful on... the deep dish there was no sauce, no extra cheese as Ordered. Always a great place to eat. We order online, pick it up through the drive through window. Never got my order wrong food is... always on point. Only reason for 4 stars is twice I never got sauce with my wings, parmasean cheese or peppers. It's alwaysgreat experience ordering from here otherwise. Read more
So I give Pizza Hut a two star because and only because the pizza is great when you order it, but me and my wife went to pizza... to eat there buffet on a Friday worst ever I mean we was there during lunch the pizza was already dried up and they only seemedto serve Canadian bacon pizza or pepperoni and Canadian I even asked if I could request a pizza but was told we could not andfor almost a $30 ticket for two people and dried up pizza not worth it when we can go eat a pizza buffet for half the price anddon?t get me wrong Pizza Hut pizza is amazing but I?ll order pizza and never eat the buffet again!!! There were 3 of us, we were going to have lunch before a Dr. appointment. The buffet was open, it was noonish. When I get to... the food line there was nothing that looked edible. Pasta appeared to be yesterday's leftovers. About 4 slices of pizza? Theyassured me they were bringing more out. They only brought 2 pizzas out at a time, the dining room was 1/2 full. Ordered a pizza and breadsticks, pick it up and make it home only to find out they gave me the wrong pizza?. I call (6 times!)to... try and let them know I?m coming back so they can have the correct one ready when I arrive. I keep getting directed to thenational ordering center and whenever they transfer me to the Durant location it goes to voicemail; so I drive back to the storeand find the person working the drive through playing on their phone?.. I explain the phones situation and hand her the receiptand I?m told to wait in the parking lot while pizza cooks. I check the pizza and leave for home, only to get home and the pizzais still doughy in the middle and the breadsticks are flat as pancakes! I call back again, this time they answer but it?s afterhours?. So I bring the pizza back the next day and the order is again corrected. 3 trips to the restaurant, 8 phone calls over2 days and I finally get the correct order! Read more
