The calamari was an ok start....it took about 15 minutes to get my drink. And I sat by the bar. The service was polite but, in... the wrong industry. I'm one that always sees the good in things , there just wasn't enough to redeem the place. My daughterordered the chicken and rice, it looked like it came out of the grocery store freezer but tasted good. we were offered no sauceor any condiments whatsoever. My sushi was ... Not something I chose to eat, and sushi is my favorite food ! So...81 dollarslater, on a mom. AND daughter date, four hours from home and after leaving a 16 dollar tip bc that was around 20%, I was mad atmyself for choosing this place. I wish I had gotten McDonalds and skipped the very long, less than happy dining experience. Itwasn't BAD, as in I didn't leave mad bc of someone being rude to me..it just def wss NOT GOOD. Food poisoning.Sat at table for 15 minutes. No waitress came to take my order so I went to the bar to order. I ordered a deep... fried Cali roll and a shrimp tempura roll. Went home and ate. Woke up at 5am vomiting and had cold sweats. Been sick for 36hrs. Read more
I have given chances after chances. I am disappointed each time ordering out, specifically requesting and asking to repeat my... order back. I drive 20 minutes home and disappointed my order is incorrect. I will not be going back. Staff does not slow downto listen or deliver quality customer experience. Sorry, R Hibachi moving on. Drove from Sherman bc our local place?s AC isn?t working that great?. Won?t be going back to this place. The local reviews... steered me wrong!! My kids split the Steak and shrimp hibachi and it was overpriced for what was served?and the steak wasovercooked but that?s with almost every hibachi, so? I have had nothing but wonderful food and service everytime I have come here. It's a more modern atmosphere and the staff is... friendly. The food is reasonably priced and is my favorite restaurant in Durant. The portions are always pretty large and theirmiso soup is amazing. They have a really great selection on their menu. Read more
Has plenty of tables, open and very nice. The food was absolutely fantastic (and that's coming from someone who's lived in dfw).... I love sushi, and this was amazing. Extremely friendly people and service. HIGHLY recommend. Read more
We like this place, I enjoyed the spicy steak hibachi, the wife enjoys a variety of the sushi here as well. The only thing that... prevents me from rating 5 stars, is that when dining in, it can take quite a while from the time you order your food, until it'sactually served. This has happened on multiple occasions, however the wait staff have always been great, and the food is alwaysdelicious. Read more
