Even when they mess the order up its too good not to return. They forgot to add the bacon to one of our burgers and forgot the... sauce substitution on mine. But it was still incredible. Will return tomorrow. (Probably will double check my food before Ileave though) I eat here 2 or 3 times a month and it's only ever been wrong a handful of times. Overpriced. I've tried many different things from here and the only good thing is the fries. Chicken on the chicken sandwich... was so thin and dry it might as well have been jerky. Read more
Whenever we're at the Choctaw Durant casino, we usually eat at smashburger. The quality of food in the freshness of ingredients... are always consistent. Sometimes there's a 10 or 15 minute wait to order, but the food usually comes out hot and fresh. Highlyrecommend the Colorado burger, and my wife insist the California Burger is almost perfect burger. You definitely can't go wrongwith either. I've had many of their other burgers, they always come out piping hot and the buns are soft and flavorful. Fivestars. Read more
Customer service is terrible. They've ALWAYS made the sweet potato fries smashed and now all of a sudden want to say they... haven't made them like that in 4 years. That's the WHOLE reason we come there to eat at smashburher. They can smash tator totsbut not sweet potato fries ???????????? I guess it just depends on the manager of the day at this point. BEWARE!! While eating here, I bit into something hard that shattered one of my teeth. We informed the manager of what happened.... She responded with "would you like for me to get you something else". She said there's nothing they can do about it. I sent anemail and left a message with their corporate office requesting a call back. So far, they've ignored both. Update: I called andemailed several times. To this day, they've never responded. Great spot in the casino for a quick bite to eat. Burger was as expected. From the time we ordered to the time the food was... brought out was about 8 minutes which is pretty good Wait times on lines can be long so catching it at the right time iskey. I was a bit disappointed as they had nothing in the menu which was spicy (ie: jalapeños). Also ketchup container wasnear empty on the table. I got an bacon avocado club. The burger was good, but pretty expensive. They messed up my order a little bit, but it didn't... bother me too much. The drink machine was out of syrup, but they fixed it quickly. The smash fries are great. It was pretty busyon Monday night. Read more
The burger was great and the fries were crispy! But drop the paper straws I just went to a different place and asked for one.... The straw coming apart in your mouth and drink are annoying! Read more
