over the past 4 months i have went to this sonic at least twice a month, i always order the same thing. A bacon burger with... only mayo. it is never made right its literally simpler than the normal burger its not hard to do. this time after working a 10hour shift i went and i was given a burger with nothing on it. for the first time ever i actually went back to get it fixed. iwas told to hold on over the speaker than sat there for almost 30 minutes and when i hit the button again they would not answer.It is ridiculous and i will be telling people about this and knowing the nearby ones are owned by the same family i will alsomention that. Ordered our food they cleared our order on the screen saying it was on the way. Waited 15min had to hit the red button again?... the lady inside ?O yea we are waiting for the drink lids? wait another 15min? Worst sonic around Read more
We wanted ice cream. Waited more then 30 minutes. Aperently, there machine broke. Never received a refund back from ordering the... ice cream. Read more

I went to grab a drink before going to help my grandma this morning, one of the workers touched the dog in the car beside me,... allowed it to lick her hands and had no time to wash her hands before getting the next order and taking it to the next person.This is absolutely disgusting. This place is my go to every morning and it?s going to be extremely inconvenient for me to not gothere anymore. I was a regular customer but I have been told that there is a ton of health code violations in that store so Iwill not be going back. Something needs to be done! Read more
I visited on July 9th. The stall screen was frozen, so the car hop had to take my card inside to run it. A day later my card... was getting local charges that were not charged by me. Ordered two drinks, Coke Zero and a Sweet tea. Got the coke zero, not sure at all what the other drink was but don't believe it... was a tea. There was quite a bit of staff at this location, with at least 4 members outside smoking by the dumpster. Doublechecked the order after we left and verified that the order was correct. Not a huge deal, but if they messed up a 2 item orderboth of which were drinks... then it doesn't leave me with much confidence to order anything more. Read more
It can be so bad here. I?ve been here so many times and had no one there having to wait 25-30 minutes just to get a chicken... strip meal 90% of the time the fries are stale and have old gravy if you even get any at all the strips are stale half the timealong with this the amount for fights and arguments that the workers have had in the front of the store is dumbfounding Ipersonally will not be going here again for a while Read more
