Not to Great of experience here. The workers could've spoke up a little louder for the customers to hear over the glass, when... there's a crowd, is hard to hear the workers. Which was that day. Very disappointed! The store was clean, the help was very courteous. However, when I tried to pay it declined my card 3 times. I... tried another card and it was declined as well. The cashier said their machines have been messed up since the storm. I had nocash, I said sorry and left. She said she would hold it for me if I wanted to go and get cash. With the price of gas, the ATMfees and the heat, I just went across the street to Wendy's. Read more
To be honest, I?m being very generous with 2 stars! My husband came to order our sandwiches early this evening. He ordered 3 6?... pizza subs and one 6? spicy Italian sub, ALL were ?meals? yet we were short 2 cookies! ???? My his husband?s sub and mine were?overly stuffed? for the width of the bread. The workers were extremely rude and got very hostile when I told the first lady my sandwich was wrong (I ordered a #8 and she... kept trying to make a #7) and when I asked for extra toppings the second lady just ignored me and then the third lady threw itat me after I paid. When I requested they remake my sandwich and to please add the extra toppings they started yelling saying itcost extra and we kept saying we will pay for it (this went back and forth a minute..) I?ve never had a great experience here,but I always re-try every few months, but with this last incident I don?t think I?ll return. Read more
