Garlic chicken sandwich was very good.
Ordered from here twice. They do not know how to toast a sandwich, added too much salt and pepper it was inedible, and the... tomatoes tasted like pickles. I guess it is too difficult to make a sandwich? Read more
Different locations DO make a difference! We have 2 local Subways. This Subway on 1st Street made my bowl a little bit different... than the Subway on Main had been making it. They actually heated the steak & cheese that's on top and it was SO much better! Ialso prefer when the ingredients are layered, not put into sections around the bowl. It makes it much easier to get everythingin a bite, if it's layered. Way to go Subway! I will recommend this one! I'll try to remember to take a pic next time. (Couldyou offer coupons for the salads & bowls, not just the subs? I'm allergic to gluten, so it's not a diet choice.) Read more
No extra meat as ordered & paid for on app, sandwich was a mess, hung up on twice when ringing and no answer on 3rd attempt. No... wonder they don't have a FB page anymore for 1st st location. Everytime I try and give them biz I regret it, hope you have abetter experience. Read more
I'm very upset about this subway. Online the store hours are they close at 9, I arrived at 8:30 to pull up to a girl and a lady... closing the door and locking after seeing us drive up along with another paying customer and another one about ten minuteslater. We sat in the parking lot and called several times and never got an answer while watching the ladies inside ignore thephone. Employees greet you and are friendly, they make your order just like you want it. Bread is always fresh too. We eat lunch here... very often for a quick bite to eat. Read more
My experience with this Subway started ok. The lady helping wasn?t friendly but I don?t really hold that against her. I ordered... 3 footlong subs. The total was $30+. I attempted to pay with $100. They advised me they can?t take it. I had no other payoption. I asked her if they were going to just throw it away and she said yes. I had my child with me and that seemed crazy tome. I left to avoid making a scene and called back from the car. They hung up on me. The manager called me back the followingMonday and instead of making things better she made them significantly worse. She failed to apologize even once. She accused meyelling and being rude ( I was on a Dr?s office waiting room during the call). She also hung up on me. The poor reputation ofthis location doesn?t do it justice. They are significantly worse. Waiting to hear from corporate now. Read more
