I ordered my food 5 minutes before they closed and she was not upset, she did not say they were closed, she washappy to serve me my order. For a while, this Taco Bell was really terrible. (Sorry) but then it started getting a lot better. Today, though, we got really... stale gross taco shells and cinnamon twists that left a really bad taste in your mouth. I don't know what's up, but y'all needto get that fixed, sorry. Read more
This is the 2nd time this has happened, which is why I rarely go to this Taco Bell. I ordered combo #1 (3 Crunchy Taco... Supremes) and received 3 regular tacos. Called the phone number on the receipt and after a few rings, it give a slow busy typesignal. I give one star because the guy who took the order was very polite. If I ever go back, I will definitely check all myfood, regardless how long the line behind me is! Do better Durant Taco Bell. Read more
I had an online order Sept 12th around 7:45pm. Went in to pick up and they said it did not come in. I used last name and they... said no order. I showed them on my phone it did go thru cuz it told me it was in the kitchen being prepared. He swore up anddown it didn't and I needed to reorder. So I did. Once I did reorder, my 1st online order came out and they called forChristopher and i said thats me. I said what do I do about order you just made me order for a 2nd. He said we can't doanything and turned and walked. Did not refund me. Did not prepare it and give to me. They were rude acting like I was wrongwhen they didn't even ask my first name. They stole from me by not refunding the 2nd order or even preparing the food andgiving it to me. Worst part, he (manager) just walked away. Read more
Went there tonight, took an hour in the line with only 2 cars ahead of me. Not only that but there is nothing but crackheads... working and they also will charge 0.99 for a supreme burrito and all it comes with is veggies that you told them you didn?twant. 10/10 don?t recommend Read more
