Fresh delicious food and a great price! It's our favorite place to cruise and sit on the patio.

The mocajete was a near spiritual experience. Possibly the best Mexican dish I've ever had, bar none. Service was smoking fast... and attentive. Prices are as you'd expect a sit down Mexican restaurant, which boggles the mind given the quality of theirdishes. Don't let this little Mexican restaurant fool you, they've got big flavor! Don't pass them up the next time you're inthe Durham area. Read more

My mother and I came to eat here on a whim and we were pleasantly surprised! The decor is lovely and colorful and has a very... homey vibe. The food is absolutely delicious, their shredded chicken tacos were tender and not chewy at all. My mom got asampler plate with a great variety for a great price. We had such a lovely time here and the Cooks and waitresses were so sweet!Definitely will come back here with more friends. Read more

The first time I ate in the restaurant and had chicken fajitas. They were delicious, and the rice and beans were superb. I could... tell they were homemade. The second time I ordered chicken and carnitas fajitas for 10 for a graduation party. Not only was thefood delicious, but also it was a great value, and we had a lot of food leftover. The service was great and the staff friendly.I highly recommend Pueblito if you are looking for delicious, authentic Mexican food in the Chico area. Read more

I'm not sure where these good reviews come from? Canned beans and the cheapest store bought tortillas you can get. The smallest... piece of asada I've ever seen and it was inedible. Tough meat and tasted almost sour. The chimi was okay but not worth $15 as itwas tiny. The asada inside tasted good but again a thin cheap store tortilla soaked in oil. Read more

I love this place. Small but very artsy with hand painted walls, tables, and chairs. Very friendly service and the best fajitas... around. Love the Fajitas Pueblito with steak, chicken, carnitas, and chorizo. Read more
