Not well stocked for early morning
I used to love this dunkin but now every time I order they make the coffee taste horrible! I order the same things all of the... time so it should taste this different all of the time, I got a caramel craze iced latte and I don?t taste any caramel at alland it taste like burnt milk. My husband got a caramel iced coffee with 4 caramel and two creams and it taste plain and burnt noflavor at all. I know they can do better! Read more

Typical Dunkin product and service. Personality of staff always seems to be lacking.
Coffee is fine, but every time I order curbside I am waiting for over 20 minutes in the parking lot for someone to bring my... order only to see it's been done. Second time I had to walk in to get it myself (was NOT busy, workers just standing aroundbehind the counter), and thought the whole point of ordering curbside was so that I didn't have to go in. Super frustrating whenI'm on a time line and don't want to be late for work. Read more
There service is SO intermittent. There is only one person that gets an order right. Despite ordering through the app, so that... that it?s written right in front of them, something is ALWAYS wrong. A missing item, the wrong cheese on a breakfast sandwich (Ican?t eat American cheese), etc. Also, if that one person isn?t there, the coffee is weak. Isn?t their coffee pre-measured??
