I first came in to get a DoorDash pick up. I did not have my order after me waiting for 20 minutes because apparently DoorDash... did not send it to them. As this is not their fault, I tried to wait and be patient and got back in line to re-order mybreakfast. They were extremely busy so I gave them another 20 minutes of waiting or so before I asked about my breakfast. Theythen proceeded to tell me that they had lost my order and are now doing it on the fly. So I overall waited a total of 55 minutesfor one bagel with cream cheese. The food was good once I got it, but the wait was ridiculous. Read more

Bagels are good however very poorly managed and workers are not properly trained. I order the same thing every time and it is... never consistent. Read more

Pretty good food. I didn't try the coffee, I had a super cinnamon bagel w/ butter. It was decent, not the best bagel I've ever... had but it was solid. Will be coming back! Read more

Yummy food. We got Sunday brunch via delivery (ugh?a tad slow in the delivery department with cooled off food as a result).... Nevertheless, I had the classic smoked salmon with cream cheese and capers on a toasted onion bagel. I?m salivating justthinking about the tasty goodness. Nobody else complained or said anything (which is rare for our crew) because we were too busychowing down. It was the quickest Sunday brunch ever! I didn?t get a drink, so that?s going to be my next mission. If the drinksare just as good as the eats, then it?ll be a slam dunk for The Works. Besides the not so warm food (delivery), my only otherminor quibble is the not so great ordering system and online menu?coordinate that better and allow customers to request thingslike a toasted/untasted bagel. Best bagels on the Planet. Has been from the day Richard French first poked a hole in his toast. Strangely, when I asked the... cashier to "scoop" my bagel he looked at me like I was from Mars (or New York). When I explained it, he apologized and said hehad never been out of New Hampshire. Indeed, it was a perfectly scooped everything bagel, double toasted, with salmon, onions, cream cheese, capers, and lettuce. It looks like whoever made the bagel, in his scooping excitement, didn't notice the "notomatoes". Oh well, they're easy to pick off. Read more

My partner and I ordered some food from this place through door dash and were very disappointed in the quality of the food. Not... only was the bacon completely black and burnt, we found a full on dead moth in the quinoa bowl. We are grossed out and bummed,we get food here often and won't be doing so anymore. The manager is refunding us but was rude and curt on the phone, althoughthe boy who answered the phone was very kind. Read more
