Such nice people. My order somehow came out wrong (I kind of think it was my fault and I told them this) and they were like no... problem whisked the wrong food away gave me what I wanted plus some extra. They were so sweet during the whole experience. Thetall man in blue shirt (I think the manager) knew how to handle his crew. He was awesome. And the older man at the drivethrough knew everyone it seemed liked and also seemed liked everyone loved him. Best bojangles customer service ever! Read more

Had never been to Bojangles before, but had heard it was good. Went to this one, but had forgotten my glasses. The guy at the... counter was so nice, he read me the sides options. The chicken was really tasty and moist, and the potatoes and gravy was good.But very impressed with the nice people who work there. Read more

We began a 12 hour drive with a breakfast from Bojangles. The food was was good but our order was wrong. We didn't check before... we left and one of our biscuits was supposed to be egg and bacon but was steak. By the time we realized we were an hour down theroad. It was not expected and not wanted. I had the best experience here this morning! My car died literally in front of the pick up window with a long line of customers... from the breakfast rush behind me. Every single Bojangles employee was so kind and patient and several employees and a customerimmediately jumped in to help. Tayisha, another employee and a customer pushed my car out of the way & gave me a jump, otheremployees came out to take money and deliver food so no one was waiting, and they even comforted ME when I was holding up theirday! They could not possibly have been any kinder, and I really appreciate the amazing customer service!!! Read more
