We've been seated for more than 10 minutes and haven't seen our server. Two other parties seated after us have been greeted and... drinks provided. When I notified a host, a server came over and greeted the table next to us. It's now 31 minutes since myfirst post. I have been without a refill of my water for about 10 minutes even though the server has come by to check onus. The service tonight by Ralph was lacking. BUT! I have eaten at several Bonefish Grills and this is not my usualexperience. The bang bang shrimp is still delicious! The bread was served warm with seasoned olive oil. I tried the signaturepasta with salmon for the first time. The salmon was delish. When is salmon not! However, the linguine and creole sauce was justokay. Read more
They had a power surge that caused some kitchen items not to function for my plank salmon but they more than made up for it with... my grilled salmon and service. Alexis at the bar was The Best ans they had a few new signature cocktails.The remnants ofHurricane Ian made for a slow day there and we were 2 of 4 patrons. Read more
Visited here on a short trip to the area. The location is extremely well kept, very clean and tidy. I sat at the bar area where... my host was very personable and timely with everything. I had the Cesar salad, the calamari and a margarita. All items madefresh, and speed fast service. Read more
Very disappointed with our most recent order. The restaurant quality has dwindled. Placed curbside order to go, got home, my... corn chowder had bacon (even though we specifically said NO bacon); the caesar salad looks like the just threw it togetherwithout proper chopping or washing of the leaves, the bonefish pasta was bland & chicken tasted rubbery. I called to at leastspeak with the manager, however I was hung up on 2x. Oh well, making a salmon salad to eat for dinner. I guess this is justfurther proof that we need to eat at home and stop wasting our money.???? Read more
I love this BONEFISH and service is always good. This time everything came out cold. The restaurant was super cold inside and... the food was too. I sent my soup back and it came back hot. Lobster, broccoli, and butter were all cold. No clue what was wrong.4 stars because this has never happened and I always enjoy myself. Read more
