You ever look back at that classic diner experience and wonder where it went? You can re-experience it here. Light and fluffy... pancakes, great hashes, and well done Benedicts. It?s popular on the weekends so expect a wait! Read more

Everyone was friendly and nice. I came with a big group of people and they sat us quickly. I got the sweet tea with the works... omelette and one chocolate chip pancake. Everything tasted great. The chocolate chip pancake was big and filling. I shared itwith people at the table. This is a nice little gem in the North Carolina countryside. I will be sure to make a stop every timeI pass through. This place does not stay open all day it?s more of a breakfast and brunch location closing at 2:30pm. Read more

This is my new favorite breakfast place in NC. We waited a short 30 min on a busy Saturday, and it was so worth it. I got the... ultimate omelette and my husband got the eggs benedict. It's rare to find a place that doesn't overcook the egg so we were veryhappy. Loved the atmosphere too, the customers in line with us were so sweet when we asked for recommendations. I'm definitelycoming back. Read more

Pretty good food. I ordered the skillet, it was a little heavy for me. I was only able to eat 1/4 of it. I?m not the biggest... breakfast fan but I love pancakes. I was not expecting eggs on top of the skillet. The ham and meat inside was good however theeggs had no seasoning. Overall good experience , next time I will just order less food and not the skillet. For brunch on the day of my civil marriage, we gathered at Brigs. Everything tasted fine, according to my group of 7 friends.... However, I found nothing was of distinct flavor. I was actually a bit disappointed the white of my eggs, the albumen, wasn?tthoroughly cooked. Had I known ?sunny side up? signified both yolk and white would be runny, I?d of opted for scrambled eggs.Anyway, in addition to eggs, I selected avocado toast with bacon and cheese as toppings. I was pleased with the amount ofavocado spread I received. Upon removing approximately half of the mozzarella cheese topping (a bit too much), I took delight inevery bite. ???? The dinning room was entirely occupied, and several figures of all shapes and sizes decorated the sidewalkleading to the restaurant?s front doors. Prices here are unbeatable- great quantity and good quality meals in addition to ahumble environment and friendly service, although service was quite slow. Read more

So, went to Brigs as it shows up on many top list of places to eat in RTP. This had a classic Mom and Pops feeling to it even... down to our waitress who didn't need to write our order down. I like that. The menu had a good amount on it (scan QR code menu). We stuck to the unusual classic eggs and toast for me and french toast for my wife. The food looks delicious upon arrival, andrather quickly prepared, no complaints there. The waitress gave us plenty of space but still took good care of us if that makessense. No awkward interruptions while eating. Nothing that stood out about the food taste, but nevertheless it was still good, the loaded home fries were delightful as I have never had that before in that form. Due to the strawberries the french toast didget a little soggy quick but she still enjoyed them. The check out process however . . . We had to wait in line as the sittingprocess is connected to the check out line. The wait set us back about 10 minutes when we were ready to depart. Overall not abad experience love the mom and pop feel with good food, just need a little work on the payment part. Read more
