Super rude acted like I was inconvenience asking for a bagel. Dining room was closed. Subpar bagels.
Never coming back to this store!!!!!!!! I came not realizing the time and instead of being nice and telling me that they were... not selling certain items anymore because of the time they coped an attitude. Then I tried to leave just to find they locked mein. If you don't want to work people just quit! I work hard for my money to spend it on local places just to be completelydisrespected. We stop by most Sunday?s after church, but we won?t be returning until you raise your wages high enough to keep employees around... with some consistency. It seemed like half your staff was training this morning and both of our sandwiches were made wrong/withmissing ingredients. For a $20 lunch I expect much better, and to be clear this is because you don?t pay your employees wellenough for them to stay long term. Read more
The quality of bagels has seriously declined in this area. I've been to the Martin Luther King Jr. Blvd., Brier Creek and... Shiloh Commons locations and there is always an issue. This last visit to the MLK Jr. location I received 4 cinnamon raisinbagels that were burned and deformed. They were completely crushed flat on one side and the area was burned as well as thebottom. Deformed bagels are impossible to cut for a sandwich or cream cheese. By the way, the cream cheese is terrible and theoverall flavor of the bagels has also diminished. At Brier Creek and Shiloh Commons when they cut to go bagels they are alwayssliced crooked and uneven. One side is a sliver and the other is too thick. Also at those 2 locations I've asked for a freezerbag when I ordered my to go bagels and they put hot bagels directly into a plastic bag. If you know anything about bagels youknow the condensation is not good. Why don't the employees know this? Why can't I just get a decent bagel cut straight and afreezer bag thrown in the paper bag with the hot bagels for when they cool down? I mean, as a bagel company their only job is toknow bagels. The prices keep going up and the customer service and product quality goes down. I'm really disappointed becauseI've been going to Brueggers since I was a kid and now I'm going to have to stop wasting my money there. Read more
This used to be my favorite Bruegger?s because it?s close to my job and home. However, lately it has gone downhill. They have... some new staff that isn?t up to par. One staff member in particular, Neci has upset me numerous time. Today I went in and gotthe same thing I get every week, a bagel with egg and cheese. She rung it up and it came up to be $5.04, I?m used to paying$4.61. I looked at the screen and saw she charged me for cheese and mentioned this to her. She said oh, we can?t void thecheese. They do it every time so I know they can but I didn?t make a big deal out of it. Last month she took my order and twoother people?s orders back to back. She used the same paper to make all of our sandwiches. I had cinnamon sugar and ended upwith poppy seeds all over it. Thank goodness I?m not allergic to any of their bagel toppings. I try to avoid her if at allpossible. The food is decent, bagels are usually in stock and fresh but they?re pricey. Read more
8:30-9 am weekday, not that many people here. Bad: Menu is far on the wall, and I couldn't see the prices (it's not that my eyes... are bad.., but letters are rather small). Menu is kind of complicated too. Place is overall clean, but there is black thicksticky stuff on the edges of the table, and seats are kind of gross too. Taste is so-so. y Good: separate bin for recycle (Iwish it would be on the same size though, because not everyone might notice!). Atmosphere is overall nice and relaxing. Read more
