This is a terrible location. The hostess was kind, but that was the highlight of the visit. The floors were disgusting (photo... attached) and several tables were left unattended for too long once the guests left. Once we were seated, it took 6 minutes tobe greeted by our server (yes, we were counting for kicks) and when the was brought out...all 6 of us recieved each part of ourmeal spread out to where one was finished before others recieved food. It was hard to determine what the floor manager wascovering, however unsure why she didn't step in to help bus tables. Our server was nice, but not sure if she was performing ather best or possibly needs additional training. I haven't been to a BWW in years and will not be returning after this trip. Read more
Food was good, but the service was amazing. Ordered boneless wings for my daughter, but traditional wings came out. Our... waitress, I believe her name was Niyah, saw the mistake and immediately went to the kitchen and came back out with proper order.She appeared to be covering quite a few tables, but swung by consistently to take care of us. Currently still dining in and writing a review because this is the worst dining experience we've ever had. Walked in at 9:50pm... and had to chase down the servers to make them take our order. Took our order at 10:46pm and served us at 11:35pm and mind you,this is after reminding them about our order multiple times and literally walking into their kitchen to let them know that it'salmost closing time and we still did not get the food. Looks like this place needs a new manager and management. The serversare overworked. There is no denying that they are tired but ignoring the customers and making them wait hours just to be seen isabsolutely unacceptable. The servers don't even look you in the eye because they are wantedly ignoring you and hoping you wouldleave. The experience was horrible to say the least. Never returning back! Awful experience. We?re we?re here last night 9/11/2022 at around 10pm. We came to Durham to attend a Durham Bulls game.... Afterwards we decided to go here. Our waitress was very pleasant and welcoming (Faith). However, the food was awful. We allordered wings and fries. EVERYONE at the tables wings & fries came out Luke warm. I ordered Thai Curry sauce on my wings. Therewas like 2 drops of sauces, literally. We had ordered the Buffalo Chicken pizza, as an appetizer. It came out completelycold. Today was not my day here, I had to wait about 20 minutes to be seated due to lack of waiters/ess. But that's not all, I had... ordered a Loaded Nachos and as she took the order I had submitted 1800 of BDubs points, but she comes back and says they had notortillas and cannot get that order, so I had to cancel the resubmitted reward, and manager was no help on getting anything elsebesides what we had ordered. Also had no care for a client that has been coming here for years. Thank you for not caring. Nodiscount nor incentives for the issue that they had. 2 Stars because the waitress was great, but management may need somecustomer service training or something. Long time BWW lover. Been to branches in tons of states. Very disappointed with service at this restaurant. I will start by... saying that the food still tasted great. Otherwise: They brought my beer out with 1/3 of the cup empty (top holds the most,photo below) Told my server very casually and nicely and he immediately called the manager over without making the easyfix. Manager came out arguing about how their policy is to fill the cup only to that point. At this point you already lost acustomer. Also that is disgraceful.. been to 1000 bars and restaurants and never had my cup be that empty. Then the guy broughtthe food without any dipping sauce and veggies. I ask the server about it and instead of bringing it out he says ?you had toorder it if you wanted it and walks away? Bdubs always brings those out and and if server isn?t going to automatically, theyalways ask if you want it. Lastly, they brought one person?s food about 20 minutes later than the other. With one of theappetizers arriving at the same time as the last meal. Overall terrible service. Not going back. Read more
It seems like all the Buffalo Wild Wings I've been to lately are the same. They have great wings and decent beer prices, but the... service is terrible. I understand less than desirable service on a Saturday night, but I go on weekdays at like 2. It feels likethe servers are mad you're there. Read more
I rarely if ever post a negative review but THIS PLACE IS HORRIBLE. The food is so bad that even our 9 year old refused to eat... his chicken tenders. And he loves chicken tenders. I'd say the management is bad but there is no management. The servers areuntrained and uncaring. Place is dirty and unkempt. It's surprising that a major chain can be this bad.
