Its fast food. But the staff was so friendly and kind that If I wanted to eat here this is the best one to go too

I honestly don't know how BK stays in business. Can I give zero stars?? The gentleman that took my order was rude and... halty. If the cashier has to say "huh?" every other word, and interrupt me then it's time for a new intercom system. I getcharged full price for a combo and I get a poorly (poorly is being very kind) prepared chicken sandwich, NO fries and a flatcoke. I tell the guy, "I didn't get any fries". His response..."I asked you if you wanted fries". Are you kidding me? Isn'tthat what comes with a "combo"? Because it's what I was charged. Plus he never asked me that, it's a COMBO dude. That meansdrink and fries, right? Didn't feel like arguing and holding up the line, so I drove on. The sandwich looked like the peoplethat made it where actually MAD at me for something. Does anyone take pride in their work anymore? You're there anyway....putforth a little effort....please. More expensive and less quality. That must be the BK way. And this isn't the first time. Ican't remember the last time I ate at BK and actually finished my meal. Complete trash...never again. Read more

30 minutes between waiting in the drive through with 3 cars in front of me and I left with a cold burger. Do better! Sat at the... intercom and no one said anything then the lady didn't say a single word at the window. Terrible customer service. It's notrush hour it's close to 9pm. No excuse for fast food to take that long. Read more

This is the only Burger King I eat at and I live in Wakefield. Ms Kimberly is an awesome worker and she deserves a raise. She... and the older gentleman that works there too. My food is always smoking hot and fresh. You can barely get hot food from fastfood places now because they don't care. I must say they never disappoint and I'll take that drive for fresh food. Thank you KIMBERLY for the good customer service. It was very very busy at this location and only three people working. That was... an awesome job ladies. Most of the food was hot and fresh. However the fish sandwich I had was NOT fresh, but I was already atthe hotel so I didn?t go back. I will contact the store though to let them know. I love the inside design of this location andthe large size. Read more

I?ve been twice in a month spand, I?ve asked for fresh chicken fries. Both times I?ve gotten three to four fresh ones out of 27... chicken fries. I know it takes time and not everyone wants to make that, but shouldn?t get a small percentage then the taste andtexture change. Read more

What to say? It?s bad day. When I ordered, the girl who was at front couldn?t process it properly hence more bill came for same... order. Then it took a long time to come my food/sandwich. Bun/bread was over cooked/burnt they replaced it when I showed them.They missed one part of my order and when I asked they( manger ) said it?s cooking. At last to my surprise, I got bug ( don?tknow if it was in cucumber or where ) but that my son identified and then we went to front desk and they refunded. But it wasreally bad/worst experience ever. I hadn't been to a Burger King in some time and I work close to this one so figured I would stop in. The inside was ok, spacious... and for the most part clean and organized. When I got my food I was disappointed, the large fry was more like a small. Otherthan that the food was tasty and I like that they have one of those soda dispensers where you can pick your soda and addflavors. Read more
