Great cheesesteak sandwiches. The employees give or take need some more training. Two of the employees got into a argument with... one another, in front of other customers. They also had to remake multiple sandwiches because they didn't read the clip on howwe wanted our meals cooked. But this is a place where I'll definitely come back to. Read more

This place is terrible. From beginning to end. We ate lunch here today unfortunately. The girl taking our order could not have... been more rude. Totally nasty attitude. I almost told them to just cancel my order then but I tried to let it go. Then we getdown to the end of the counter and the guy says sorry we don?t have any trays. I?m ok with that, no problem. But then they putlettuce all over my chicken cheesesteak which I had asked for no lettuce. So the guy takes my sandwich off the shelf he?s placedit on and took his gloved hand and proceeds to try and scrape the lettuce out of this sandwich. Which of course he didn?t get itall out. Then he slathers 2 inches of Mayo back into it since I guess he thought he?d scraped it all out. I?m trying really hardnot to come unglued. I ask for some banana peppers and he takes a handful and throws them on my sandwich which is back up on theshelf. There were many other issues with mine and my fiancés meal. Terrible place. Drink not filled up. Ordered 2 of the same sandwich. One had at least 30% more meat than the other. Told the... manager who said it was the same. Slow, slow, slow. First (and most likely last) experience. Overpriced combo vs. just the sandwich and their gourmet fries are soft (almost mashed... potato you fry). The tables are not cleaned (probably not their fault, but it?s the overall mall?ish experience). The sandwichitself is less than average: I asked for the traditional cheesesteak without pickles, and I got pickles and no mushroom. $32 for2 is highway robbery. To be avoided. Read more
