However despite ordering through the mobile app 30 mins- 1 hr before and somehow I... always still had to wait for 10-15 minutes before the food is ready (even for small order). I'm super late to the party but I went here when they first opened and I haven't been back because of the experience that I had... and the lack of improvement that I can see in these reviews. How do they have so many five-star reviews and still only have 2.8stars? To the person that drives from Greensboro to eat at this checkers... You'd be better off going to spring lake thatlocation is much better. To anyone who says the food is good here checkers need to do themselves a service and see who wasworking during that time cuz obviously they're the only good thing about this location. Based on what I have read no one'sactually going to read this or pay attention to the words I'm going to get some generic response that says we hope you have abetter time next time you go to checkers we want you to have that five-star experience or whatever all these other reviewresponses say but I just want to let y'all know I live in Durham and would gladly drive to spring lake before wasting my time onthis sorry excuse of a checkers. Robot that takes orders never confirmed to move forward after order was take nor did it confirm order back as correct. New... establishment but the ice cream machine and many sodas were not working. First of all, were in line for about 15 minutes and there were two cars in front of us. Then we got or food, and the cashier was... very, very rude. I ordered a large lemonade and found a bug in it. I was extremely disgusted. Automatically called corporate. Iwon't be coming back due to this experience and this is not even the first time your cashiers have had nasty attitudes and longwait times. So my daughter heard about the funnel cake fries. Went on an afternoon no problem they were fresh and she enjoyed them...however... went back tonight to get 3 orders and this is how they looked. To wait in a long line for this was ridiculous, especially whenthis was half the size of the ones previously purchased. Read more
The food was extremely fresh. However, you had to wait a very long time for them to cook it. I did not eat the mozzarella sticks... because they were too soggy because of the grease. The burger was good and the loaded cheese fries were as expected. Read more
So I signed up for the rewards program and I got a free sandwich and some loaded fries with the purchase of a drink so not too... bad and I was using their automated system which that's the first for me the wait time I'd say 25-30 minutes I understandstaffing is short and that's happening everywhere, but overall my experience has been okay and I will definitely come back againand try it out Read more
