Train these kids better! This is the third time I?ve been to this specific location and each time I come here their is some... issue with them not being able to get the name for my order from the app. Every other chick-fil-a location can bring up my namefrom scanning the app except this one. This is also the second time I ordered a milkshake and asked for no whipped cream. When Iget the shake there is no cherry. I let it go the first time they told me they had no cherries and today when they told me theydidn?t have any cherries, I told them to refund me and all of a sudden, the cherries that they magically ran out of appear.Please train you people better, it?s important to your customers to have a great experience. It?s sad that I even have to postthis but it needs to be addressed. Three failed visits in the three times I?ve been there can?t be a coincidence, this seems tobe an issue with the location. Terrible response to a incorrect order. I order a chic-fil-a sandwich combo with lettuce and tomato. The sandwich came with... cheese. I?m lactose so I don?t eat American cheese. I took the order back. I didn?t even take a bit. The cashier didn?t know howto do the exchange so she asked a light skin black lady. She said she didn?t remember the order. She asked if I had a receipt.To make a miserable long story short, she didn?t want to correct the order. I just left the uneaten bag of food there and Iexited the store knowing I will never be back!. How do you miss a chicken sandwich. My wife ordered and waited almost 20 minutes and the order had everything but a whole... chicken sandwich. Will not be going back to this chick-fil-a. The northern Durham store needs to open back up so we can theservice we know and have come to love. Read more
Everytime I order a meal , the fries is always disappointing ! They fill the box only half way, if that. This is my daughters... favorite part right the meal as this is what she got , this isn?t the first ,second or third time this has happened they need todo better !!! I like the new use of employees ON THE SCENE, IN THE DRIVE-THRU. Other fast food restaurants should copy this method, as well.... They would only increase customer satisfaction. Instead of alot of disgruntled patrons because They were forced to wait for 50mins for a Wrong order! Read more
