I absolutely would stay clear of this Chili's..it's honestly the worst location i hae ever been to. My family went here recently... our server was horrible we had to keep asking other servers for help , with ordering she never came to give us drink refills ornothing. Let's not forget 1 order was completely messed up after 1 hour an 30 minutes the food still wasn't bought out. Finallywe were told by a manager the server took the order off of the ticket smh. He apologized an said he would get the kitchen to fixthe order (took another 30 minutes everyone was done eating of course. We all paid an waited at the door..finally the managercomes back out again an says "the server said this ticket wasn't paid for but it's okay" but my aunt said no we ALL PAID soeveryone shows a seperate receipt. Horrible! They forgot the sides of corn and I didn?t notice until I got to my destination, forgot to add utensils which sucked... because I went back to a hotel. My son only eats the soup and corn they didn?t put his corn in the bag and they gave us oldsoup!!! I am so disappointed I?ve never had an experience like this at any Chilis! The picture I uploaded is of the loadedpotato soup which at every other Chilis I?ve eaten at was white not dark yellow and not only does it look gross it also tastesbad. Read more
You can't go wrong here. It's always consistent with the quality of the food. Service was good and food was quick getting to... the table. Bathroom was a bit dirty and won't go in there again when or if we visit here again. Read more
Waited forever to be seated. Waited forever to even get asked what we wanted to drink a couple got seated and ordered before we... were even acknowledged and we arrived several minutes before them. Finally we get asked what we want to drink and I see a giantroach crawling up the the wall!! Needless to say I got up and left if there's roaches that big crawling freely up the wallwhat's gonna be in my food. No thanks!! ???? Read more
Just tried having dinner at this Chili?s we?re more than 50% of the tables were vacants. A gentleman who was carrying a trailer... of empty dishes came and greeted us at the door and told us that it would be a half hour wait to be seated. He said we had thechoice we could either stay and wait or leave, so we chose to leave. This is the most asinine thing that I have ever heard andthe franchise owner and chilies corporate should be absolutely upset with this type of response. Totally unacceptable, willnever recommend this location to anybody. Read more
Bartender was not attentive at all. Acted like he didn't want to be there. Even said numerous times that he was "Ready to go"... and it showed. He was barely at the bar the entire time I waited for my to go order. I would have liked another drink but heavoided coming back over to check on us after the 1st drink. The bill was wrong and had to be fixed at least 3 times. Items onthe menu had an upcharge but it does not say that on the menu as they were using old menus. Guess how we know about the upupcharge? You guessed it! When we got the bill! These things should definitely be printed on the menu. And now thefood...Horrible! Unseasoned chicken. Hard rice. The black beans were decent enough. First time at this location. Took a while before we were even acknowledged at the door and seated. Then took a while for the... waiter to come take our order. Then took over 10 minutes to get drinks that tasted like it was washed with chlorine. And thenover 30 minutes to get our appetizers that weren?t even hot. And food was not good. Walked in, promptly was seated by the host without so much as a hello (great start). Began to read out menus? and that?s about... it. 10 minutes passed by. Manager asked us if we had ordered margaritas (we hadn?t even been seen by wait staff). We continuedto wait. 5 more minutes passed by still no service. we left.
