This is truly despairing to write, I have been restraining from writing any reviews but after two different days in one... week, First my lunch order was completey wrong on Monday and today I placed another placed another online order. Let me juststart by saying my protein choicewas steak but instead i received a teaspoon of fat and bowl of beans no vegetables in which Iordered and then it was tasteless, if you guys cant afford to provide a serving please make customers aware youre sellingtasteless samples at upcharge. 11/09/2022 Saw staff making taco without glove today. Grabbing taco tortilla and touching the chicken with bare hand. Basically... cross contaminating the whole preparation area. and no napkins available. ??? 10/2022 Lower to 1 star. Always seem to be in achaotic state. There?s always something not working on any given day. Today, it is the payment system again. Not that they donot take cash, their terminal is down, so in order to pay with your phone (or card) they have to take your unlocked phone to theback room to make the payment. This should make people really uncomfortable. ??? in-store payment system has been often brokenrecently, forcing customers to install the app and order online when they are in store. Food wasn't quality, service portions are very small, and there's mandatory credit card use only, no cash- unbelievable. On top... of all of the short comings cashier " Florencia was rude, unprofessional and downright nasty. Service has really falling withthis company, quality food and customer courtesy doesn't exist. I have never seen a franchise consistently be this terrible. Every time I go, their chips are burned or stale. Often the rice is... undercooked and crunchy. The grilled veggies always look tired and brown. And they're usually running out of 2 or 3 keyingredients (rice, beans, one of the meats). And it doesn't matter if they have like 7 people working, they can't seem to keepstuff fresh. I will never go to this location again, and you shouldn't either. If I could give them 0 stars I would. I noticed this particular Chipotle had great reviews. This was actually my first time visiting this location. My daughter and I... both ordered chicken bowls for dinner. The rice was overcooked and very mushy and chicken was dry and taste very plain. The cornwasn't crunchy and sweet like normal, it tastes more like plain canned corn. We only ate a small portion of our food beforethrowing it in the trash. I would like to add Chipotle is my absolute favorite place to eat and I have purchased food from manydifferent locations. Good food, but no customer service. I had to pick up catering for the University I work at. There were 2 huge boxes and a bag... full of things. I asked if there was anyone in the back that could help me carry at least one to my car or at least hold thedoor for me. The employee said no because it was busy(which is cool), but the fact that she was so rude in her tone is what Ididn?t expect. I definitely won?t go back. I?m an ex waitress. I ordered through the mobile app and my food was ready for pick up but they forgot my chips. It was no big deal but good thing I... looked in the bag. I asked for my chips and they gave them to me. Once I get home I look in my bowl containers and it was theleast amount of food that I had ever received at chipotle. I maybe had five bites of food and this included the three pieces oflettuce. I paid $10 for 5 bites of food. I will not be returning to this location. Read more
Pros: Friendly workers and great location! Cons: I wish Chipotle nowadays were more consistent with the rice! It's usually... overcooked and oversalted ????. It's usually a hit or miss with most Chipotle's nowadays! Hopefully the food will be consistentas for great taste more often. However, we do appreciate all the employees for their efforts! Read more
