Just left this Cook Out on Shannon Rd store number 137 and the young man who took my order was very polite and professional. The... best drive thru experience I have ever had at any Cook Out. I just want corporate and managers to know how delightful I am fromthe customer service experience I had this evening. Wish I knew the young man's name. I tried to thank him before I pulled off,but he was very focused on taken care of the customers. The date I was there was Oct 4 time 6:50 my order number was 1349Cashier name was Paola. When ordering food they were very rude way to fast and didn't even listen to our order. When we got to the window they only gave... us 2 trays we ordered 3. They charged us for 3 but never put on receipt. As we told them, They said let me see your receipt andbag. Pretty much throw the bag with 3 trays and said here is your order. It was not even our order they gave us whatever theywanted. Went back in the manager was very nice and was ready to fix. Those others terrible, very rude! Check your food. Read more
I love Cook Out any day of the week! Apparently, I'm not the only one who likes to frequent this location. The only reason for... the four stars is because all throughout the summer, they seem to always be out of watermelon for it's seasonal shake.Nonetheless, I get the same Cook Out tray every time and I've never been disappointed from this location! This is a really great fast food restaurant! You can get a tray with a burger, a chicken wrap, and fries, and a soda for 7... bucks! Amazing. Read more
went in at 9:19pm on 8/17, my shake was taking a little longer than usual so I asked the girl behind the counter. she was on it... right away - still took quite a while. she came back and gave us the shake + some extra in another cup for the wait! made mywhole night. 10/10 i hope she has a great night Read more
Food is always hot and great, on par with any other cookout I've been to. Order is always right, but I rarely have more than... just my 1 tray on order. (Cookout as a chain is one of my favorite places, though the value has dropped quite a bit in pandemictimes. Portions aren't nearly as generous as they used to be, and everything is way more money. I still go now and thenthough.) This location is in a very tight parking lot, it's usually coned off on one end which makes it worse. Be careful ifyou have a large vehicle. If it's busy you'll get in a bind and it'll be messy to try and get out. Dining area is typicalCookout. The drive thru lane was really long so I decided to come inside and did dine in. Quick service and as usual not a bad meal. Had... the walking taco which was a bit too salty but overall the food was ok. Opens late but dine in is only until 9:30 pm. Parking isavailable on site. Read more
Didn?t have a good experience at this location. Ordered a chicken strip tray and the chicken was so small. I went inside and I?m... assuming this young lady was the manager on duty and verse her saying my apologies let me fix this her response was that?s thesize ma?am with an attitude. I told her she can take the tray just replace the chicken she states no just keep it shakes herhead and shrug?s shoulders. She bring me a few more tenders in a separate tray still with an attitude. What we pay for food nowverses what we get needs to stop. These company?s aren?t humble at all to there customers. Read more
