Everything about it was a win! The staff was pleasant and attentive. Our waitress was amazing and our food was delicious. The... steaks were grilled to perfection and the cocktails were delightful. We always have a party of 6 and that includes 3 children.I’m happy to announce everyone was pleased! They nailed it! ********REVISIT********** We revisited this location 8/15/22 andit was such a disappointment! Our server was the worst and it all started at hello, then the dirty celery and just downhill fromthere. It was as if we ruined her life by being there. If this had been our first visit we would never return. Simply put it wasdefinitely not the service that we are accustomed to. Thanks to the manager Brian who did his best to smooth things out. The tipleft was reflective of the service we received. I don’t believe in leaving nothing but wouldn’t it had been nice if it was agreat day for all. Every job isn’t for everyone this one is not hers. I still believe this is a great establishment. Read more
My family discovered this restaurant during the lockdown. At first, it was a welcome addition to the other restaurants where we... would order takeout. However, over the last couple of months, there have been many issues with the quality of the food that wereceived for takeout. For one thing, the chefs with constantly ignore request not to have spices added on the food. Today wasthe last time we plan to go to this restaurant. We had to wait about 15 to 20 minutes after our food was already ready forcurbside pick up. I finally had to go in and retrieve the food myself. When we got home, we had received steaks that weresupposed to be cooked medium (see photos). As you can see, there is no hot pink medal, just tough burnt meat throughout.Additionally, the macaroni and cheese taste watered down. For the price paid with the current economy (Thankfully we got arefund), this restaurant should be able to serve better food to its customers. Read more
First thing, Firebirds has the best bread. Served warm and soft, with a little crunch. Delicious. The Double Black Diamond... cocktail tasted more like a mocktail so that was disappointing. But the food and the service was excellent. And the phillycheese steak eggs rolls should definitely be tried at least once. Read more
Had a bite to eat here this evening and I think it could have been better. I believe a lot of the issues I had was just due to... them being really busy. Got the chicken pasta specialty dish and it was very tasty though! I'd come back, but I think I'll needto avoid busy times at places like this. I'm always leaving feeling not quite satisfied with my experience. Lol Read more

Waitress was awesome but that was about it for this dining experience. 1st drink was very weak. The egg rolls were very good.... The prime rib was cooked right but no flavor. Read more
Very nice atmosphere, but what a disappointment eating here. We ordered some bar bites with the intention to order entrees,... however, our waitress never came back! Then there was shift change and the second waitress never followed-up! The Fried UpShrimp was cooked in dirty grease and the other items lacked flavor. When it was time to go, I had to stand up and wave down ourwaitress for the bill - was not attentive. Terrible experience. Read more
Celebrated my daughter's birthday dinner here. The atmosphere is somewhat enchanting and welcoming. There are areas of bright... lights and other areas with no lights, creating a very special ambiance for our occasion. Our waitress was Spectacular! Rememberto try to bread!! Our appetizer was the philly cheese egg rolls (everyone at our table but me really enjoyed these) This wasafter the bread. We enjoyed meals ranging from a chicken sandwich and fries, salmon and tater tots, steak and mushrooms,hamburger and cider slaw (flavourful). Read more
