If there was a rating lower than one star I?d give it, terrible service waited 15 minutes for water? Then 30 for the food just... for them to mess up the order, couldn?t even cook an egg right like cmon.. then to top it off the put what looks like diarrheaon my friends cinnamon pancakes!? Waited over 20 minutes for a check. Like I?d understand if you had to season or actually cooksomething but basics BREAKFAST ITEMS!? Cmon I honestly feel Like I wasted my money. Please please pleaseee do not go hereunless you want to be disappointed and sad! -5/10 , honestly be better if they closed down for good. I will never be going backagain. Read more

We visited this morning as a group of 4. After getting our drinks, we waited over 35 minutes for food to be brought to our... table. During this time, the next section over had 3 groups seated 10-15 minutes after us get their meals. We even overhead atable nearby say they were given the wrong order, and what they were given was exactly what I had ordered. The waitress that hadserved the wrong meal had an apron labeled manager. Finally two of our four orders were brought out and our waitress said she?dbring the rest out as soon as it came over the counter. We sat for another 20 minutes before finally, my fiancé got up andasked the waitress to put the rest of the order in to-go containers when they come out because we?ve been here for so long andneed to leave. She hadn?t come over to bring syrup or check in about our lack of food once so getting up himself was our onlyoption. 5 minutes later, she brought over to-go containers with food that was not what we ordered. She said she brought half ofthe food when it was ready so it wouldn?t go cold in the kitchen, but our family follows table manners of not eating untileveryone has their food so their meals went cold at the table anyways. We were never given the other half of what we ordered,just some pancakes that were not part of our order. The waitress was kind and not at fault, but when we asked to speak to amanager about the experience, she walked away and no manager came. We ended up leaving without eating our meal. One member ofour party returned a minute later to give money to our waitress since it wasn?t entirely her fault, and she walked in to 4 ofthe waitstaff loudly bad-mouthing us. I went to this location this morning in hopes of ordering to go. It was busy with several people awaiting, but I expected this.... I waited at the counter at least 5 mins before being approached by an employee who was clearly irritated. She discouraged mefrom placing my order, citing how short staffed they were and the long wait time to be expected. She did the same thing with aparty of 5 standing behind me. Her tone was very unprofessional and I was taken back by the entire situation. This definitelycould have been handled better. I was willing to wait but I unfortunately did not feel welcome to do so. Very understaffed. The staff did a decent job under very challenging conditions. The menu has contracted but the items available... are pretty good. Prices remain affordable. If you have the time it's a decent breakfast. Read more

Apparently curbside isn't curbside. I waited 30 minutes un the curbside side pick up for someone to bring my food out. Why... provide the make and model of my car if your not going to bring out. If you dint come outside when you're busy don't advertisecurbside on the web it's very misleading especially for those who are handicapped and cannot just get out the car and walk. Not a customer friendly location. We had to ask for even the most basic items (utensils, napkins, salt, pepper, syrup for... pancakes). Server was abrupt and rude. No refills on tea. Once food was delivered, server never revisited table. Over a dozenempty tables in our area, so busy could not be the reason. Just an all around unpleasant experience. Read more

I don't know who owns this specific branch, but the food quality is very bad. The service is good, but the food is not cooked... the same way in other branches. If this branch competes with the IHOP branches in Detroit, this branch will go out of businessat the end of the first month of opening it. This is related to bad management. Service and food quality need to be on the samelevel. Read more

My boyfriend, daughter and I decided to eat at IHOP during brunch hour today. Sycouya served us. Her serving skills were great!... She was polite, moved quickly yet had a calm disposition- an important trait to have as a server during a busy time of day. Toelaborate, we didn?t feel rushed or pressured while ordering, something I personally appreciate because this hasn?t always beenthe case elsewhere!
