Firstly, this location operates within the Chili's, yes. It made it difficult to locate at first. I waited only about 5 minutes... before they came out to give my order. Pretty straightforward I ordered some boneless wings and a side of curly fries. Thefries were on the underseasoned side, but not soggy like I saw in other reviews. I should have read the reviews first. I ordered 32 smoked wings, I got 28 overcooked bone in wings with soggy fries. The dry rub... was barely sprinkled on naked wings after they were already put in the to go containers. For a restaurant that only does onething, they do not do it well. Read more

Found this place on DoorDash. It had 4.1 stars. I learned to do my research on restaurants on DD. This food was absolutely... disgusting. First and foremost this is just Chili?s selling wings. Had a terrible experience trying to get my food. Ordered food on... Wednesday at lunch time. Wanted to give them a chance so that I could write a good review. Ordered two orders of wings withfries. The website expressed how they left all this other stuff out like utensils, and advertising and didn?t charge for friescause they were doing it better but charged me 0.50 to get the smallest container of blue cheese ever, which is often free atother wings places. Tried the smoked wings and regular bone in, both came super soggy. Fries were ok but not great, just afiller or after thought. Followed the instructions they gave me and waited in my car for service, after fifteen mins with noresponse from the restaurant even though the sign from the parking spot says ?wait right there, a team member will be with youshortly!? Finally walked in and found my food waiting on a rack, which would have been fine if that was what was written in theinstructions. TDLR: Food was bad and cheap. Instructions were unclear. Do NOT order from this ghost kitchen.. Note that it is a ghost kitchen so not an established b&m. They lack professionalism and... organization. Made an order and it took an additional 40 minutes for the order to be prepared and ready to be picked up. Grantedit is Superbowl Sunday. When speaking to the actual people working first they claimed not to have the order & then they neededto prepare it. When I called to follow up, they hung up the phone in my face. Then I go in to follow up and these unprofessionalPEOPLE who told me they would bring my order outside had it sitting on the pick up shelf getting cold. The wings themselves arereally good but anywhere you can get smoked wings will likely be a better option than dealing with this unprofessionalism. It's cheep but the good news stops there. Food was overcooked (yum dry chicken), wasn't ready till 25 mins after pickup time,... didn't get the order right, after 15 mins I called and was told it would be right out but had to go in to get it 10 lons later.Mediocre food and bad service, I don't see myself eating here again unless I'm desperate.
